Dear Santa Bioware, I have been very nice this year so here is my list for the next Dragon Age Game

1/ Not a set character, I liked Hawke, but I would like more choices(bring back the Dwarves, I want to play a short sexy, ridiculously awsome god of war againImage IPB), just like in Origin, if this mean no fully voiced PC, so be it. But keep the Diplomatic/ Sarcastic/ Direct answers possibility, I found it a great feature.
2/ Having our choices in the 2 previous game and the ones we will make in games really have an impact on the playthrough.
3/ Bring back the interactions with the companions and LI that were so good in DAO.
4/ A more epic story than in DAII.
5/ Awsome party banter, in both DAO and DAII, I used to wander around the place just to ear them all.

1.Weapons and armour that doesn't look ****ing stupid. I want weapons and armour to look like things that you could use in real life.

1)A darker and grittier art-style, similar to the one from the pre-rendered sacred ashes trailer. Also bring back the Darkspawn from origins and how about some new creature and enemy types, mainly new dragon varieties.
2)A well written and gripping story-line with deep believable characters and a sandbox style world with diverse and beautiful locations to go with it, something like Read Dead Redemption. I hate the "sticking to the dirt road" style linear game-play and exploration.
3)Quality over quantity regarding the side quests. Too many side quests detract from the main story-line and make it feel next to non-existent. Also past choices should have some impact on the world.
4)A deep and tactical combat system without sped up animations, kicking of poison flasks, performing back-flips in heavy armour, or free-flow style batman combat but at the same time every strike should feel like its connecting and has some weight behind it.
5)More customization.

Lucas Kristjanson should still, hopefully, continue to write for the DA franchise.
That's my main wish ;)

1. Branching storyline and choices that matter
2. I want a detailed epilogue and a proper ending
3. Better armour and realistic swords. I hated the giant anime swords used in DA 2
4. Diverse enemies and epic boss fights. I really hope they bring brood mothers back.
5. Interesting companions that are not as annoying as anders

If you have to make it like the direction of the last 3 games Bioware dumped on us, then at least be more like Legacy and less like everything else.

1.) I agree a great branching out storyline would be awesome!
2.) Choices that actually have an impact on the game.
3) Weapons and Armor that are custom to each character (custom look and hold). I agree something realistic and not anything Anime in style.
4). ORIGINS! - Bring back the Dwarfs and Elfs too!
5.) Get rid of very annoyning and emo characters (like Anders) agreed!
6) Allow the mages the chance to defend themselves (like in 2).
7) Opportunity for multiple DLCs.

More from me. When you are doing sex scene, make them sexy. They look stupid and funny as hell in DA2 and ME3.

1. Warden (Mine is currently queen of Fereldan with Alistair) And Hawke (on the run with Anders) coming back as a playable if not very important characters.
2. A meaningful ending (if this is the final chapter in the Dragon Age saga, which it seems to be) where all of your choices as both Warden and Hawke affect the ending and the epilog of each character
3. Characters from both games returning.
4. BRING BACK CUSTOMIZATION OF ARMOR!
5. More areas.

1. Better main character development. I mean that the character should many choices in hair style, eye color, and better facial features. DOA and DA2 just don't make it. I've started playing ME3 and that is not making it either.

2. More loot and better equipment. The Weapon and armor packs are good, but they don't evolve past the best equipment in the game. Why should I pay for something I'm only using for part of the game.

3. More side Quests and longer main Quests that includes a good story line. I like the way it is done in ME3. I have a choice to play with the narative, play with action only, play with action and narative in equal portions. That could work in DA3 as well.

4. Bring back the all race selection for the main character. This preset character is a real bumber! Customization is a good thing "not" a bad thing.

5. Don't force morality decisions on us players. What I mean is that there are two quests that I refuse to play because the moral issue is against what I believe in. Please don't have unplayable quests because you want to inflict a bad moral decision. Give a choice as to the outcome and reward the moral decision like you do the immoral desision. Some of us are not depraived juvinals.

Only five. I dont think thats enough but I will give it a shot.

1. Revert to the old converstaion machanics that was in Dragon Age: Origins.

I would like this see this brought back because I personally felt that it gave you more choice in what you wanted to say, rather than feeling like you are just hinting at what you want to say.

2. A lot more unique dungeons.

In DRagon Age 2 this was obviously a problem. You felt like you where just pushing through most of the missions to just see what happens at the end and not enjoying the journey.

3. Better customisation for you and companions.

I was so dissapointed that I could not pick what I wanted my companions to wear. I loved spending hours carfully picking the armour I wanted. I was also dissapointed that I could not get armour sets and more. I adored hunting them down.

4: DLC characters returning.

I hate it when some games dont include the characters that was put into DLC into the nest game in the seris. The Stone Prisoner, The Exiled Prince, Talos ect.

6. If multiplayer is going to be put in, no influencing the main story.

Personally I dont care if there is a multiplayer. If its there I may play it and if not meh. But if there is a multiplayer then it cannot affect the main game in any way. Though if there is then this is what I would like to see. Just a small one and thats that I get to import my character from my main game into multiplayer. Nothing fancy I would just like to see my skin.

Thank you for reading and I hope I got some Ideas flowing in those Bio brains of yours.

5)  How about leaving the variety in for those of us who liked Alistair and Anders but having another healer character around who has the gruff attitude of Sten?  Then everyone wins.  Having only one good healer option was likely because of the storyline of DA2, but I can understand wanting a party whose mindset is more like the character you are playing.  (On that front, they are promising a lot of different companions to make up for the "human only" player option.  But you may want to stress the point of having a balanced complement of characters so you can have a party you enjoy adventuring with.)

Actually I am a freshman in DA world, so I prefer to control only one character. And I hope in co-op mode, four players can play together.

1. Hero of Ferelden (Male Cousland, Warden Commander, etc. for me) and Hawke return, though if I had to choose, it'd definitely be the Warden.
2. Returning companions: Alistair, Leliana, Varic, etc.
3. Ability to actually play my old characters as main characters.
4. More tie in with the Blight and Darkspawn (Architect, old gods, etc.)
5. Satisfactory storylines for companions (some of which is being solved such as Sten as Arishok, Alistair as king, etc.)

 1.  I would like to see Merrill return, I know alot of ppl didnt like her, but I loved her naivety.  Would also like to see               Leliana return as a companion. <3

 2.  Please oh please give us a slider for breasts, dont force us to have DDDDD's  if we play a female.

 3.  I know they already said you have to be human, but it is one of my 5...would like to play as an elf. <_<

 4.  For my choices in DA:O, Awakening, and DA2 to have a real impact on the game world.

 5.  Same as #2.  Maybe if I wish for it twice it will come true! :D

1) Fast and fluid Game Play, but, with a pause button so I can control my game experience.
2) Detailed difficulty control so I can control my game experience: Exp percent boost/decrease, gold/item drop boost/decrese, Friendly Fire, etc.
3) Multiplayer
4) No cheap and cheating game mechanics like in ME3 MP.
5) No Skinner Box/Trololol Store, ala ME3 MP

I want a fast and fluid game experience I can tweak to satisfy ME, The Customer. I don't buy and play games for the sake of moralistic curmudgeons whose chief, if not only, pleasure in life is saying no to everything that anybody wants.

Hi All,

I would like to see import capability from DAI & II as well as all the addon quests/sequels from DAI.  I was very disappointed in the fact that in DAII, non of the main characters were even in the plot.  Some side charaters were, that was nice and humurious at points, but.  Also as much as I liked the game it did not have the plot invlovement/character that DAI did.  Also the story line was a bit regimented, unlike DAI.

In DAIII all 3 chapters need to be tied together so that there is a continuing story line and then there can be a 4th & 5th sequel, etc.

The thing I liked was that you could change the course of the game and relationships depending on how you played it.  I am a big fan of the Witcher series.

Looking forward to DAIII

Thanks,

MTG

* Awesome landscapes -- places that make me want to pause and just *look,* and think "wow, this is a beautiful/frightening world." I remember first having a moment like that in IWD:HoW, looking out over an amazing vista (amazing, considering the 2D nature of the game) -- but lots of examples of this in DA:O and also one in DA2 (looking down from the mountain) as well.
* A great story that (as others have said) gives me some real choices. I'm totally cool with the DA game after this one picking a story resolution I didn't follow, so designers shouldn't worry about players going after a non-canonical ending. (I subscribe to the multiverse view. :-))
* A closer adherence to physics when the alternative to that isn't required -- it makes the metaphysical parts even cooler by comparison. (When things die by the iron sword, they should fall over & not explode, because that's a mundane situation. When killed by a spell or a specifically charmed weapon, OTOH, anything could happen, depending on the spell...
* Crafting/upgrading that isn't too math-oriented on one side nor too trivial on the other side.

1) More ability to customize, from style to color. Example in DA:O I really liked the Dalish look, but the items were garbage for the most part. Being able to customize would have been great.

2) More to do over all, sometimes getting off course is fun and adds to the game.

3) Ability to craft our own gear with ores, and materials found

4) More class specific quests and items. Not to go back in time but things like being able to run a guild or run a keep were a lot of fun.

5) Tattoo's and scars for all parts of the body not just the face. Having a female character with a leg tattoo or a Hulking tank with a arm tatto is fun, same with scars.

I have more than 5 so I think I'll just throw out a few more things.

Make skills useful and needed, things like Stealth and Pick Pockets were just a waste of slots for the most part, pretty much the same thing with trap making. I mean yeah you could use them, but they really weren't that useful UNLESS you've played the game all the way through a number of times.

The mage outfits were horrible all around I though, I didn't play a mage often tbh and a lot of it is because of this, give them some character :)

Sheaths, I'd like to see those over floating weapons on my back.

Abilitity to change hair (both head and facial) throughout the game.

More variety in random encounters as they became not so random.

Choices that truly matter.

I like the idea of a permanent base camp (keep/tower/cave) to work out of and having to really fortify and protect it. Example: Your parties base camp is out of a local waterfall cave outside a city in the woods, you would have to put out traps, maybe assign sentry's and so on. Would add some flafor

1) Ability to Dual-class (exception would be into Mage)

2) More in depth sub classes (Assassin/Duelist) and more of them

3) I'd like the ability to climb for strategic combat.

4) More diverse animal companions (Dogs, tigers, monkeys, whatever)

5) Downloadable mod paks for consoles
