I'm putting my Gold on Inquisitor, mainly cause the name screams epic

I certainly would feel better having far more customization of character in terms of race, class, abilities, skills, spells, etc, than in DA2. Since I lean heavily towards replay of fantasy RPGs of this sort, I want to be able to create experiences as different as possible from a previous replay. Who it will be depends greatly on the story and setting, neither of which we know, so I'll hold off guessing that particular element until additional info comes along.

I had heard somewhere that you play as an inquisitor but regardless if it was true or not you will be playing a new character.

I am guessing it'll be one person, but your choice of class doubles as your origin and impacts how and where you start in the game.

I vote for Cat. I'd love playing a shallow Inquisitor with a great ass^_^.
And I therefore vote for Danny John-Jules providing the male voice.
I mean, part of his surname already sounds Orlesian. A match made in Heaven:lol:.

I must admit it'd be sorta cool to play a Chantry person... and then have the choice to keep with them or defect....

I'd love to have multiple playable races return in DA3:I as well!  IMO it's the best way to tell the story of Thedas.  So far as I have seen there appears to be nothing from the devs prohibiting this possibility...and an Inquisition IMO sounds important enough to involve every race in Thedas.

I hope to have origins back as well, particularly for mages...it would be nice to have options beyond apostate, given the current situation.

Likewise I hope to see, and play, the Warden again...that hasn't been ruled out specifically for future titles either, so far as I know, particularly as she/he and Hawke may share an ultimate fate.  Hopefully we will soon hear more, as the game has now been announced

I agree wholeheartedly.  The persona of the third game could be very open-ended, a la the Warden, and might really facilitate this   Likewise, Mr. Darrah's announcement indicated the Frostbite engine would allow for greater customization, graphics, and so on.  I imagine that would certainly help this to become a reality, by way of character models.  Hopefully the plot, when broached, will be a complex and fully fleshed-out story that will support this aspect
