Do you think the title hints at the possibility that those groups may come together again as The Inquisition?
Now that the Chantry has fallen and the world is in chaos?
From DA wiki: "David Gaider has hinted that the Inquisition may rise again"

Anything's possible. Maybe they could use that as a way to tie in both Cassandra and Cullen as companions

I think it's certain those 2 will be companions even though not officially confirmed that they will be. They both have huge fanbases.

I think they will be companions as well. Templar + Seeker = Inquisition. Cullen + Cassandra = EPIC

**SPOILERS**

At the end of the "Asunder" novel, A Seeker named Lambert who is in charge of the Circle in Val Royeaux submits the Seekers' and the Templars' resignation from Chantry leadership to the Divine.

So yes. :)

At the end of Varric's interrogation; which happens, chronologically, after "Asunder"; Cassandra Pentaghast, a Seeker, is still working for the Divine. And we don't even know what happened between Lambert and Cole.
So, even if many Seekers and Templars now work together to hunt down rebel mages, clearly not all do.

True, true, and true. Though as to the underlined, Lambert's message had already been sent before Cole's visit, and it was signed by every Circle's Knight-Commander. So the breach is made whether Lambert continues to lead it or not.

If Cole killed Lambert, then the Knight Commanders who had doubts regarding the schism from the Chantry but didn't have the courage to speak against him and his supporters might refuse to follow through.

You know, interesting idea about them recombining. I hadn't considered that. I've always viewed the return of the Inquisition more along the lines of returning to the original purpose of the historical Inquisition... i.e. roam the countryside, seeking out mages in order to destroy them. My own thought is that the new Templar Order, now that it's separated from the Chantry as per the breaking of the Nevarran Accord, would morph back into an inquisition-like entity. If they were even to call themselves the Inquisition, it would make it easy for the writers (and US!) to distinguish between the old and the new.

Now all that said... without a Circle to watch over, there's no need to separate the templars and the Seekers any longer. And, we know the Seekers are higher in the org chart than the templars, so maybe they just start taking a more active, day to day role in running the new Order/Inquisition/thing.
