just loaded my game from disk installed lastest patches , and game still wont launch anyone experianced this issue and know workaround ...thx

You may want to expand on what exactly you are doing and/or seeing: where you installed the game, how are you launching it, what do you see when you insert the DVD, or click on the shortcut, etc...

game fully loaded ,brings up option screen play , web , support etc etc , click on play get picture up of characters then everything disappears and game hasn't started
