I have nothing but great respect and admiration for everyone in your office, working tirelessly year in and year out to bring awesome new games out in the franchises we love. Thank you for that!
I must ask you, however, not to be afraid of observing CD Projekt Red, and the way they handle things over in Poland. By all means, stick to your unique style! I'm not saying you should give up your own artistic vision and design philosophy. I love the Dragon Age universe, and Mass Effect, and I have faith in your talent, whether you're a senior developer in the studio or just got hired.
But I am saying this: please look at all the things CD Projekt Red has done right with The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.
While it, too, has a few shortcomings (a bit lacking in the side-quest department, for instance), it is still generally considered to be one of the best AAA RPGs of all time. Especially of recent years.
So please look at the mature and sophisticated dialogue, the freedom of choice, the intricate and non-linear storylines, the fantastic graphics and simply gorgeous scenery. Choices that matter, characters that move you, and a player character that you're in charge of.
Make us proud!
Sincerely,
The Warden

Valve has a good policy too: Don't release a game until it surpass everyone's expectations.
Which is why Half-Life 3 will never be released. Way to set the bar everyone, High Five! <Joke..... ya I'm in that kind of a mood right now>

Please don't let EA force you release it before its ready.... We can wait for a good game, but it seems they cant...
Dragon Age III has been in development for 18 months and there's still no release date. If you equate the length of the development cycle with quality, I'd say things aren't looking bad for you.

So just put mass amounts of nudity and swearing into the game and call that mature. Hotcha they can do that <Joke>
If cursing and nudity is what you took with you from The Witcher 2, then you are obviously too immature to understand what was really mature about the game.
Dragon Age and Mass Effect shoves a decent amount of good-sized breasts in your face too, only they avoid the nude cinematics in order to reach a wider audience. Same with the cursing.
