Added 1200 Bioware points to pc copy and tried to buy Premium Spectre packs with them, the store took my money but the window with my pack never opened and there are no new items in my inventory.
Bought 1200 bioware points worth of spectre packs and received none of them.

did you try to relog/restart multiplayer/game?
usualy they show up after you start multiplayer (if you disconnected or your game crashed)
did you try origin live help?

Same issue as the the OP. Just spent 1600 points on PSP's and it never displayed me the contents of any of those packs

Reconnecting will help if cloud storage was on. If not, then it won't help. Having cloud on might cause other issues though.

its a glitch in the processing system on pc's, you have to buy the boxes close me3 (allow it ot cloud sync) exit origin then re start origin/me3 on entering multiplayer you should get given the boxes, sometimes you need ot enter the store to trigger this though. oh and playing wihtout cloud sync enabled causes far morre problems than playing without it.

*Once* when using Bioware points to buy PSPs, an Origin screen overlay showed up saying "You're about to use points to get this pack y/n", which I had never seen before. I used that interface and miracle of miracles, the contents of my PSP showed up after about a minute of "Waiting..". I've never been able to reproduce this and it happened just a few days ago, but obviously I'd prefer it since it means the contents of my pack actually shows up when I try to get it.
Otherwise everyone else in this thread is correct. I generally advise not buying more than 3 of any given pack at a time, exiting Multiplayer, exiting the game, quitting Origin, waste about 5 minutes on Youtube, reload Origin and the game and go back into Multiplayer. Without fail all of the tiles for your loot will show up all in one big row.

Yes well this bug is embarrassing/tedious/dumb, I feel its safer than spam-clicking $20 of points away and then praying all those tiles showing up at once will still work/get marked my on my account.
Going to turn off cloud storage now and see if that helps.
