also I have some other questions, wwhats the diffrence between this engine and the one that da2 used? will it make hair more realistic? I liked how the hair bounced in da2, but I felt it still looks strange because the tips looked like they were stuck on hawkes back.

Why yes it will let you import, though the keep.
This engine is bigger.
Hair? Hmm... undetermined.
I like it bouncy too.
Hope I'm not too late replying!!! ![]()

whats the diffrence between this engine and the one that da2 used?
The engine is way more sophisticated, better shaders, quicker rendering with more objects at the same time, built for big open spaces, better streaming in of objects into the scene etc.

I think we should all be happy about the Frostbite 3. its a hell of a engine and will definitely up the quality compared to the last gen dragon age's.
Also the difference is its more sophisticated i believe it was made specifically for EA games but mostly with Battlefield in mind.
And the only way to sync character info is through the keep and you will be able to design your hawke on this new engine when they appear, but not your warden since they are not appearing in DA:I

There will be ZERO "import" of any Warden. Nor any Hawke.
This has been repeated many, many times by all of the BioWare staff who have commented about it.
NO SAVE GAME OR CHARACTER IMPORTS. Period.
The Dragon Age Keep (DAK) will allow you to establish a customized initial "world state" to begin DA:I which reflects your choices from the previous games (or allowing you to pick outcomes even if you hadn't played them).
