Sometimes I think I'm the only one who didn't love Tennant as the Doctor. Matt Smith is so much better to me...

I actually love them both equally. I just think David Tennant would be better at voicing a love interest than a character.
Just so I can swoon.
They both have their strengths and weaknesses.
But this is digressing from the topic at hand.

I already got this in Diablo III (female wizard) but I'm horribly greedy.  I will always take more Grey DeLisle.  For the male protagonist, I'm pulling for Crispin Freeman.

I might turn out to be the minority but I want my female inquisitor to sound badass. With a deep sexy voice. Lucy Lawless? Brooke Elliott? Jen Hale? Yes, please!

As for the male I wouldn't mind him sounding less like a bull and more like a man. C'mon guys, we don't all want beefy man-mountains in our games. Some of us like them pretty!

For the record I think both Nicholas Boulton and Jo Wyatt did a great job, but their voices just weren't versatile enough to fit any appearance of the PC. (Thou Wyatt did a better job at that, especially liked her "aggressive" tone. "Charming" Boulton was also very nice to the ears.)

Hopefully more than one voice for male and more than one voice for female. Ideally I would love the choice of at least three different voices. I'm not really expecting it though, it would just be nice.

I couldn't stomach female Hawke's voice, it just didn't sound right to me.

Edit: to include "more than" to my statement because obviously it wasn't clear to some. Although I believe my statement following it clears up any question. WTH?!!!!

For DA3 I'd love for the main voice actress to sound... girly? As in, not over the top I'm-a-badass-strong woman. It doesn't have to be incredibly pitchy, just not as deep as Morrigan or FemShep.
But that's probably just me.

I'd love voice like Morrigan's! Girly voice for protagonist seems just out of place to me.

Let me guess, you think there being "more men playing games" justify's this suggestion to make a franchise promoting equality to start promoting inequalitiy? I don't care I think it's a sexist viewpoint.

Why am I even responding, I'm sure I'm just going to get flamed for responding...But I think bioware should know that fans out there disagree with the attitude that has slowly been "flooding the entertainment industry".  Though due to movies like Hungar Games making tons of money I have no idea why other than people like Rush Limbaugh having hissy fits about feminists being ****s or some other ridiculous hatred like that.

I think you're misreading.  I think s/he meant more than one voice for both the male and female protagonist.  Charges of sexism are pretty serious, let's not sling them around without making sure first, mmk?

I'd absolutely LOVE Robert Carlyle for the male PC, and Alix Wilton Regan for female PC. I know Regan already voiced several characters in DA and ME (Cauthrien/Traynor/Mhairi), but the I really really liked the voice she did as the unfortunately short-lived Lilley in DA2.

Oooh, I forgot about Alix Regan.  I'm down for her voicing the female PC too.
