How about taking the drama to PM?

I told Miss Infraredman to message me if she wished to respond, but she didn't so I will. My apologies.

Yes I am the inconsiderate one. Only I don't know how to pm on bioware social, so I didn't.

Also what is with calling me a miss? If you spent effort calling the other person he/she why am I automatically a miss? How is that not ment to be demeaning.

...are we really going to argue about this too?
I looked at your profile to see your gender, and it said female, so I assumed you were a "miss." I call people "miss." There is no attempt to be insulting here. I have no way to know that you do not know how to pm. Please stop thinking every little thing I say is an insult.

Would it be creepy if it was the voice of somebody who perished in one of the other DA games? I was thinking of a couple of voice actors (npc's) that I enjoyed listening to in the other games and was thinking I might not mind having those voices, but then I was thinking it might feel weird. :) *shivers thinking about it*

I don't think so, unless it's a notable character that died, like Ser Cauthrien.

Looks like that was a huge miss-take :)

Your female avatar pic might be why he called you "miss". Just an observation.

The other person had a female avatar, and he/she has a female avatar.

Truthfully I'm not offended by being mistaken only that effort was put into this other person and not me. It seemed to be purposeful considering. Also this account is controlled by 2 people, one a man and the other a woman. Both who have participated in the conversation. I do apologize for the drama. My last conversation on this sort of thing was with a person who thought there shouldn't even be a femshep in the Mass Effect universe because women are not capable of being as strong as she because women want men to take care of them and so a women solving the galaxies problems would never possibly exit.... and honestly that conversation had less drama to it. Probably because I didn't mistake the person's meaning.

You have a feminine avatar. You are right. People shouldn't assume. No one knows for certain what sex anyone else is on the Internet. It is not demeaning to be thought of as a woman. It is also not demeaning to be thought of as a man.

PMing is very simple. Click on the person's name and select 'Send message.' Type your message in the box and select 'send'.

Back to the main point, I certainly hope they rehire Natalie Cigliuti if she would have an appropriate role.

I only thought it was demeaning because the person called other people he/she but called me miss. I don't normally think gender mistakes are demeaning. I'm actually 2 people controlling the same account one a man and the other a woman so we're bound to be mistaken. And thank you for explaining how to pm. ^_^

I'm just putting it out there, I didn't assume. I checked the profile, I do not assume people's genders.
I'm sorry if my saying "miss" offended you. I didn't realize that could be offensive. People call me "miss" all the time.

I usually only check genders when I am actually talking to that person. Again, I am sorry if this is offensive.

What about Loghain? I was tickled pink when I heard his voice in ME during Tali's trial. Or maybe Duncan, he wasn't in the game for long. :)

My profile did say female. Because 2 people use this account (one man and one female) I didn't think there was a gender associated with the account. I have changed it. But I didn't realize they looked at my profile when I made my original comment. I also didn't realize my profile said female. It gets confusing sharing it sometimes.

As much as I love him, I don't think he can be involved, same with Duncan. Both their voices are fairly memorable amongst the fanbase, and they're fairly major characters. It's possible they could be in the background, though.

I understand.
Just hopefully I won't get accused of making assumptions now.^_^

What about Loghain?

Simon Templeman has one of the single most recognisable voices I've ever had the good fortune to hear, I can single him out from every single background NPC and random extra that I come across with ease.

While he is an undenyable talent and one of my personal favourite actors, I imagine it would be hard for veteran players to disconnect him from Loghain, making him a bad choice for a major role in a future Dragon Age game, in my opinion.

Simon Templeman. Your character can be Loghain's bastard child.

Maybe Loghain's long lost relative that has the same voice? LOL j/k and I do think it might be a bit creepy to be sounding like him...

I was totally going to say this at first but then I remembered his story. LOL!

Edit: I was also thinking about the human nobles mother and/or father. I'm sorry but I'm horrible with remembering VA's names. I'm the same way with movie and t.v. actors. :)

The thing about SImon Templeman is that he was also Caladrius and Bann Ceorlic. While his voice is definitely recognizable, he's also got the acting chops to make it work.

Samuel L. Jackson.

Seriously, if we're going to be playing as an Inquisitor, might as well go with the one person best suited for the role of an interrogator-esque person.

*waits for someone to create a DA version of the Pulp Fiction scene*

Someone who would be awesome is Marc Vietor. He does the voice work for the audio books of the Nightside series and he does a wonderful job.

We need the game to be accessible so...Nolan North it is.

His voice-acthing in Spec-Ops: The Line was amazing. No sarcasm or little jokes like Nathan Drake, he pulled of the professional Delta operator who descends into  a monster constantly engaging in primal violence.

dont forget that awesome job of doing deadpool in both Hulk VS and Spiderman: Shatered dimaintions, also the up and coming Deadpool game.
