The F/F Romance thread: what would you like to see in the women love interest(s) for DA3's woman protagonist?

Reading back, I see how that can be warranted; I focused on the "deep complex companion" part more. That point seemed permissible to me, regardless of what specifically one considers "deep and complex".
No, I agree that discussing what you find deep/complex in a character is okay. Everyone has their own opinion on this, but equating it to 'gender exclusive romance' is kind of baseless if you ask me (as would be, saying only 'dark' characters can be deep/complex, etc.) plus Gaider locks threads that turn into that type of debate (and has made some good posts on the subject).

I don't know why people ask for things like are in this thread. You guys are only setting yourselves up for failure.
Like i said before, all I want is a girl who can handle herself in a fight but is a softy in the bedroom.
I don't think the thread is meant to be taken as a "I demand an LI exactly like X" thread...it's kind of just a fun way to pass the time until we actually have information on female companions in DA3.

I know, But I just want what I said, plus I do not get why people pass the time asking for things like "Someone like this" or "someone like that". I have seen people ask for "Badass warrior" Women and such, when it may seem like they are setting themselves up for disappointments.

They're setting themselves up for disappointment. They can't set themselves up for failure or success when it comes to talking about a character they want someone else to create.draken-heart wrote...

So people shouldn't be posting things they'd like to see. But you want what you said. Right.
I think it's easy to fall into the assumption that people who say "I'd like A" are incapable of liking B. That is actually rarely the case. But liking B, C & D too doesn't disqualify you from expressing a preference for A.

We're not talking about characters we want others to create. We're talking about characters we'd like to see.
They will create whatever suits the game. As they should. That doesn't (and shouldn't) impinge on a perfectly harmless wish to chatter about what could be fun.

I think the inevitable brothel in DA3 should be entirely manned by apostitutes!

And it should have some very provocative name to go with.
