Um, she's very far away from the clinical definition of such. Very angry, yes, but not nearly a psychopath.Because she's a psychopath?
Pretty much fit the lunatic elf killing every human in sight because they "might" be responsible for her sisters disapperance, the one exceptiong being a random Grey Warden who she ends up attackign anyway.
Except, by your own admission, her emotions are not shallow, and her actions are directly connected to her grief and anger concerning her sister. She thinks that she has been kidnapped by humans, and pretty horrible things happen to elves at the hands of humans in Thedas. Once she is given the information she needs to find her sister, she proceeds in a logical manner, and even joins the Grey Wardens, and can eventually think better of humans.
That is not psychopathy, by your own definition. In fact, she's no more or less evil or psychotic than the potential Dalish Elf Warden in their origin story, who can kill a group of humans just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. So is that character a psychopath?
