I was so hoping for some kind of relationship (whether that be friendship, simple affection or something else) between her and my Hawke. I supported her for nothing!

I want an older woman. (Or even an older man.) Just give me someone who is not pretty much the same age as my PC. The conflict that could bring!
Like needing to convince the LI that no, I really don't mind that you are a lot older. Yes, you're still very attractive. No, I'm not going to leave you for that other female LI that's so much younger than you are.
That'd be cute. >.<
Especially if saif LI is otherwise completly confident in herself and her abilities. She's just not quite sure why you would pick her when you could have that young, attractive woman over there. Not that she'd ever admit to being insecure.
So many possibilities that will probably never be explored.

Yeah, my PCs tend to flirt with everything in sight as well. It's just too fun to not do it. And the jealousy dialouge in MotA was hilarious.
Tallis: "You know, you're very lucky to have Hawke."
Merrill: "Oh, don't be jealous. Okay, maybe just a little bit jealous."
Oh, you know, it's exactly what it sounds like.
Someone anonymously posts a fanfiction prompt that revolves around smut, ie. "FemHawke/Serendipity, sexy snowball fight" and another anon fills it if he finds it interesting.
The prompts and results are often quite hilarious, though.
Back on topic:
I'd actually like to see a transgendered or hermaphrodite LI for once. And before Gaider comes storming in to accuse me of fetishizing it (
), let me say: I want it for the story. I think it would be insanely interesting to explore that kind of dynamic. Maybe the LI looks completly female and the PC/player doesn't know about the little something...extra...until they become intimate. Imagine the conflict that could bring. Not only does the PC have to deal with a possible crisis in regards to their sexuality, the couple also has to deal with any outsider reaction and the LIs own insecurity.
Or maybe I just want to see the reaction from all those close-minded gamers that felt 'uncomfortable' when Anders hit on them or ask for a 'homosexuality switch'. That would be epic.
