My wish isnt exactly tied to the f/f romance alone, but i would prefer it that the class/race gets overshadowed by the character. More often then not the female LI are rogues or mages etc and one tends to categorize here. Imo a good LI wouldnt be transfixed by class/race at all.
If I think about Morrigan I think first of the Dark Ritual, then Flemeth, then rwar gorgeous and maybe THEN that she is a mage/shapeshifter (which is a rare kind of mage if i think closer about it).
If the LI could capute/create that kind of mindeset for the player to associate it with them... thats what I would really like to see in a LI.

Well, the point of this whole thread is speculation and voicing preferences.

Cara Mason is a great character (her bisexuality is just a cherry on top) and some of us would like to see a female LI  who would have a Cara-vibe about her, not a cardboard cut out. But in all honesty if they bring Tabrett Bethell into VO team, I think I just nerdgasm no matter who or what she is voicing. Or just do cross-over, Bioware, and tag Mord'Sith along.

And if you don't want a cardboard cut out, why make banners asking for Cara as a LI?

I trust Bioware to make more original, multifaceted characters like they always do.  And I'm sure whatever they come up with will blow this Cara person out of the water.

The show got cancelled due to financial reasons, no fault of ratings or cast.

I personally would die a happy death if in some twisted alternative universe Bioware suddenly decided to bring Cara on board. It's done for fun and personal amusement, no harm or violation intended. And as you may see, some people in this thread are dying to see Callisto-like character or Morgana - it's all about voicing your preferences, so Bioware might know what type people actually like to have for their f/f romance.

Hey now, let's not rag on the B-grade tv series when you can rag on a C-grade book series. I completely gave up on the series when he (Richard) decided that having another dude shag his girlfriend was too high a price to save his lands from a devestating plague.

Edit: To be fair, the first book was enjoyable.

was just wondering if anyone's tossed out the idea of a f/f romance with an asexual character? kind of similar to seb's, but without hiding the asexuality behind a bunch of chantry bs?

personally, i think that might be interesting to explore.
