I'd love a really (physically) strong woman who is incredibly imposing. Perhaps with a darker voice as well? Like, the kind of woman NPCs would be instinctually scared to take on.

I have no specific wishes regarding the LI's as long as they are well written again. I definetely want to see more romance interactions, small exchanges of affection throughout the game, kisses, gifts etc.

Not completely sure how to put it into words, but my preferences run along the lines of:
Cute, slightly insecure without being whiny, elf or human, fairly well intended and intelligent. Bonus points if she is relatively inexperienced in the realm of love & relationships, perhaps not even having considered f/f before.

I have been saying for ages that it's time for a female warrior LI. But not a soldier type like Aveline but a wild, crazy, barbarian, reaver-type warrior, who will ravage me after I managed to steal her heart. No teenager romance but lust, desire and passion >

I think for practical reasons most characters in DA:3 should swing both ways (say 6/10 of them) - it would just give more scope for different partnerships and variety meaning more replay value.
As for F/F specific requests I think it'd be nice to see a character go from being straight to gay and seeing the reasoning behind that - eg a mistrust of men due to raping/pillaging of their lands.

If anyone Xena Warrior Princess related voiced or inspired a character we'd probably be as uniformly pleased as could be expected for a group of people with otherwise diverse tastes. As known as it was for the campiness the show actually has a very talented stable of actresses, like that Claudia Black person. Come on Bioware, it's stunt casting that could actually work!

When DA3 comes out, I'll explore all possible romance options for both genders. So for my F/F playthrough, I'd like a romance option that's a mix between (in terms of personality)....Liara, Isabela and Leliana
...someone sweet, kind, spicy (better known as "Isabelaness" 
) , intelligent, innocent, strong and brave. All qualities I tend to lean towards in LI's, male and female.

As much as I'd love a purely lesbian character, I have to admit I'd go for a repeat of DA2's approach; less chance of getting burned, what with the trend towards smaller casts. I want to avoid the 'token lesbian romance' as much as possible. Choices are good.
That being said, I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and echo the call for a Kossith-PC lesbian coupling. Because, you know, Kossith females look hella hawt. Someone stoic, dry, hard to crack, but with a gooey creamy centre... maybe nix that last bit.
