The F/F Romance thread: what would you like to see in the women love interest(s) for DA3's woman protagonist?

I think you're joking, but that message when right over my head.
Call it what you will, but Traynor does just about everything but beat you with the fact that she's a lesbian in every conversation.

In Citadel DLC a bit, and one conversation on the Normandy

Ah, I've neverplayedfinished Mass Effect. Maybe that's why I didn't get it.
Heh. Much as some of us would like to pretend otherwise, there is some layover between the two in several aspects.
And you should finish at least one of the Mass Effect games. Preferably ME2. It'll be good for you.

My gay/lesbian detector is pretty much broke, and I try to avoid making assumptions about such matters. So it's not actually surprising I didn't get it until she explicitly said it.

How is it "not really?"
The only time she doesn't STRONGLY "hint" at it is in her e-mail.

That's because she's a lipstick lesbian. One wouldn't have guessed she was les without her mentioning it.

Traynor was better portrayed in that regard than Cortez. With her you don't have to deal with some sappy soap opera drama about a dead lover and have to play spectre therapist(as if we didn't have enough of that in ME2).
How is that being portrayed better? That is two individuals having different experiences with life and dealing with different circumstances.

Traynor not having any "fix me" drama automatically makes her interactions better. Cortez is just more lame Thane-like nonsense.

Are you really going to make me look up them up? Darn it.
This may take time. I type the name and get 600 romance videos.

Although I share your stand, that still mostly depends on personal taste. I can't stand the trauma, but others might enjoy it.

I'm still kind of hoping Vivienne is a LI. She's so suave.
I thought she was more of the rigid type. Though that would be redundant with Cassandra on board.

Really? I mean, I see how Cass is tough stuff but Vivienne had sorta a calm confidence about her, or at least that was my impression LOL.
Of course, I could be totally off the mark.
