Kai Leng, Diana Allers, and the Catalyst.

- Leng fails for being shamefully vanilla with stupid cutscene hax despite his immense potential as a foil for Shepard. Also, making the one plot-important/non-DLC Asian character a ninja with slanty eye goggles? Ummmm, AWK-waaaard....

- Diana Allers could have been an okay idea, but the whole thing stinks of mutual corporate fellatio between EA and IGN. In addition, the model looks horrible, and Ms. Chobot (and I bear no ill will towards her) is a horrible actress. Thank god she's optional, but still, whyyyyy?

- Catalyst: HELLO, I'M HERE TO RUIN THE NARRATIVE COHERENCY AND YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE SERIES IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES! 8D

Kai Leng: was a character that tried to hard to be cool and ended up being a smarmy character protects by plot armor
Diana Allers: Dear God Jessica Chobot was awful at acting. Seriously, you know her performance is bad when the freaking Elcor emote better.
Catalyst: god did I hate that arrogant character, who ruined a lot of the reapers mystique

Zaeed, Garrus, Wreav, Uvenk, First two are completely useless and got way too much screen time, the other two were just douchebags.

A lot of characters I didn't like but the only two I couldn't stand were the Catalyst and James and Shepherd in some cutscenes. Catalyst is obvious James was one of those people that just annoyed me with everything he did. Every scene with him felt pointless, his friendship with Shepherd is very forced, there's no explanation for him being in the game not even a codex entry he's just...there. He has some of the worst dialogue in the game. The worst thing about him though is that there is NOTHING you can do to him. Don't like Ashley Kaiden or Jacob you can at least kill them off or make them suffer. With Liara yeah you can't kill her either but can make her suffer like never picking her up in the first game until after like Virmire.

Tali: Shepherd Liara's been crying since Thessia me and Garrus don't know what to say can you...
Shepherd: Nope I'm going to go and get drunk with Chakwas later.

You can't do a thing to James if you don't like him even fighting the guy Shepherd and James bond he's like a tumor to me. I could go on but it would be days to go over everything bad about him. Some people like him fine me I just can't stand the guy.

With Shepherd sometimes he suffers from cutscene stupidity to be fair a lot of characters do. One example being when Thane and Kei Leng are fighting

Tali: Shepherd, Thane's fighting this guy and he's not in good condition to do so what should we do.
Shepherd: Well let's just stare at them with our guns pointed at them like idots...oh crap Thane got stabbed we...really should've seen something like this coming
