• Jacob in ME3 (I did like him in ME2 -- but didn't like his romance, yuck! The priiiize! speech rendered me as an sex object to be won, and then discarded in ME3. Terrible. As a platonic comrade in ME2, he was interesting, easy to empathise with, and his stories connected well. But in ME3, his character was flat and there was nothing to associate to him with.)
• Kasumi (ME2 and ME3 -- interesting story, ties in nicely to the millieu, but terrible companion abilities that failed to synergise well -- also, she didn't vocally interact with any other npc or companion, whereas even Zaeed did -- on Omega at least, and then he suffered the same problem. Squadmates from the core game chatted and interacted a lot.)
• Diana Allers (We already establish trust with Emily Wong, and she with us. I see no context for taking a complete stranger like Allers, and her character wasn't fleshed out enough to make us empathise with her. I have absolutely nothing against the voice actor.)
• Ashley in ME3 (I liked her in ME1 & ME2, but in ME3 her caked on makeup, her fixation on wearing a blue miniskirt instead of alliance suits in combat, all pointed in over-sexualisation. I didn't like it. She was 'hussy'd up' for inexplicable reasons. Her wearing pink and white in ME1 was easier to swallow than this. I found that inappropriate, but easier to deal with.)
Characters that needed more time in ME3 to properly like, otherwise no feelings about:
• Zaeed (Needed more screen time and deeper story, his was pretty shallow if not outright 2D in ME3)
• Dr Michel (lots of potential, but not acted upon - needed more screen time and dialogue between every mission like other squadmates)
• Dr Chakwas (I love the character, but she needs more between-mission dialogues. As much as any of the other squadmates. I think she has 3 lines after meeting her in Heurta Memorial Hospital. Shame on you!)
• Jack (great in ME2, good story elements in ME3 but needed more screen time)
• Samara (great in ME2, good story elements in ME3 but needed more screen time)

Jacob - For doing a 360 with his personality and values if you romanced him in ME2
Catalyst - Isn't it obvious?
Ashley post ME1 - She's a great character in ME1, but her suddenly leaving and getting angry with Shepard in ME2 didn't make much sense to me, and her... 'restyle' in ME3 was... urgh.
Diana Allers - Forced fan service and a clear indication of someone at EA buying off someone at IGN. I miss Emily Wong...
Udina - To be fair, you're SUPPOSED to hate this guy.

Kai Leng - Just a dick
Wrex - Has an annoying "tough guy" attitude and is bossy
Grunt - Has an annoying "tough guy" attitude, combined with rudeness and ignorance
Ashley - Has an annoying "tough girl" attitude
Jacob - He was "meh" in ME2, but in ME3 when he refused to help save the galaxy... what a dick...
Thane - Cliche repentant assassin that, shocker, was a bad father

I'm guessing you're not a fan of Krogan in general

Liara - Hate her blue stalker ass. It just seemed every time I turned around in ME3 she was there watching. Her voice was so bland and sends me to sleep. Out of ME3s faults I would list the fact that she is so forced upon you from the word go. Plus she takes over Mirandas room...
Aria - Just can't go her and her attitude. She runs a band of thugs...wow. I'm Commander Shepard I killed Saren, stopped the collectors and shot a hollogram in the face! She wants to threaten me with a beating? Ha.
Jack (ME2) - Must be my anti goth thing. Everytime I spoke to her in ME2 all I heard her say was "I'm angry, I'm really angry" right ok we get it your a bad ass now go and sit in a dark corner and watch batman movies.
Ashleigh (ME1) - Space **** thats all I can say. She did repent in ME3 tho and got a makeover must be because I ditched her for Miranda.
Kaiden (ME1) - Stop whining and take some paracetamol. Luckily my main game I blew him to hell.
Kaiden (ME3) - Imagine sitting with one of your best friends who you've been through some sh*t with, having a few beers and a steak then wham out of no where the guy becomes George Michael, camps it up big time and comes on to you. That scene was missing a renegade shoot him in the face option. Seriously what in the hell were the writers thinking.
Thane - Didnt hate him. He just creeped the hell out me.

You probably get to shoot him in the face if you romance him. *rim shot*

I suppose I should contrast by noting faves too. Garrus, Javik, Legion, Sovereign and Mordin were some of the finest personalities ever crafted in a game and more than made up for those mentioned above.
EDI, Kasumi & Anderson were ok too.

Kai Leng: Plot armour. Swords in space lol
Beefcake McPushups: Basically a redshirt on steroids. Except you CANT KILL HIM OFF
Jacob: See pushups.
Fembot: Lazy character design. Come on, high heels built into her feet? Seriously? (that said, EDI was one of my favourite characters in ME2. They just assumed we're all 14 year old boys for ME3 I guess?...)
Kaiden: Whining crybaby
Steeeeeeeve: See Kaiden, only less so.
Ashley: Big ol' racist
However, I'm going to spoil the mood here and say I LOVED pretty much everyone else.
Thane & Samara: Sadness, Duty and resolve wrapped up in layers of badass
Mordin: Complex, layers of sentiment. Morally grey but *sniff* mortally bound to his conscience.
Legion: One of the best written synthetic intelligences I've seen since Azimov
EDI (pre fembot): See Legion, but with a different slant. Different programming, different personality. Love it.
Jack: Something of a cliché but OH MY GOD how can you not love Jack?
Miranda: Cerberus cheerleader ****. Didn't really like her as a crewmember but wouldn't change a thing
Zaeed and Kasumi: Hardly got to know them, but really wanted to see more. There were definitely more stories locked away there
Wrex: I liked having a crewmember who would actually turn on you if you don't do what he wants.
Grunt: *sniff* our little tank is all growed up... awww
Javik: Haughty, unapologetic ******. (and one of the rare sources of exposition in the shooter heavy ME3)
Soverign: Worr. Imperious, unknowable intelligence. Menace and disdain dripping from every rivet. I have his conversation on Virmire bookmarked on youtube. Never gets old.
Need I go on?

I thinks that's all
Well maybe also Cortez, didn't like how all his "trauma" story was managed.
Oh, I would like to note how sometimes Cortez and Vega say a few words in spanish...... hell, as spanish speaker it's so obvious that they aren't spanish speakers but english speaker "trying" to sound as such..... Well, I think that it's something that happens to everybody when they hear their native language from people who don't know it.
