Kei Lang -- Utterly ridiculous character, seemingly from a ****** poor comic book.
Catalyst -- For obvious reasons.
Diane Allers --A horrible addition. Bad voice actor and silly excuse for a reporter.
I seem to be the only one who likes Udina.

I thought she boring in ME1 and didn't understand why so many people were gushing over her, but had no reason to dislike the character. I enjoyed her role in ME2 and ME3.
Then again I may be in the minority in not hating any of the squadmates. The only character on either version of the Normandy that I disliked was Diana Allers.

Jacob is probably my least liked squadmate, but I didn't dislike. His worst offense was being boring and a little standoffish at times. Other than that he was a reliable ally, and he does help Shepard escape the Lazarus station. So, no reason to hate him.
That being said I also roll a Male Shep. I can understand why some people would hate him if they had a Fem Shep who happened to be romancing him.

Agreed. I went male shep all the way and had no particular dislike for Jacob, but for those fem sheps,.... Ouch!

Wrex - Has an annoying "tough guy" attitude and is bossy
Grunt - Has an annoying "tough guy" attitude, combined with rudeness and ignorance
I'm guessing you're not a fan of Krogan in general
Wrex almost always seems to talk down to Shepard, maybe that's just me, and Grunt is just obnoxious in ME2. "I want to fight. For honor. They are a worthy enemy." etc. etc. etc.

Jacob didnt leave much of a mark. Somehow it seemed like Jacobs writers were upset over his cold reception in ME2 and made him seem annoyed with Shepard in ME3. The dialogue felt cold and forced with purpose in 3. Which was nice actually, standing there with an uncomfortable silence in the air.

Kai Leng just meh. Should of been introduced in ME2 in a DLC or something. Having him in ME3, I sighed at the need to have a space ninja.

Allers. why is she on the ship, other than IGN-service?
ME3 EDI and Vega. i resent them both for taking up slots that should have been open for ME2 squaddies.
Ashley. She honestly grated on my nerves in ME1 (the line about telling the aliens apart from the animals and the pondering whether anybody had drowned in the Presidium lake really shut me off to the character), and then ME3 she's too plastic, too much of a Miranda wannabe. The one thing I really respected about her was the fact that she was a realistic female soldier character instead of a supermodel in an impractical set of armour.

Cortez
Traynor
Vega
Kai Leng
Catalyst
EDI in ME3
I don't dislike or hate these next two characters but I found them to be annoying.
Ashley. Wish there was a Renegade option to smack her. "**** I ain't with Cerberus!"
Liara. Horrible Shadow Broker and she came into the Captains Cabin without my permission after each dream sequence if I recall correctly.

Undina
TIM
Jacob
Mirnada
Zaed
and Jack
and few others.
There Okay but I didn't find them interesting enough. I'm in favor of Non-Human Species. I love Aliens much more but they are all great characters.
