some how Udina and Kai Leng were necessary for storytelling.

what is their role in this game?
OK Jacob can be just bustard for Fshep

Allers. hate hate hate ( would've loved the option to blow her out the airlock ).
Jack.
Jacob.
Kai Leng. ( utterly farcical, couldn't take him remotely serious ).
Cortez.
Kaiden.
Samara. ( i don't know why, i just couldn't gel with her character ).
Vent boy/starbrat. ( need you ask? ).
And who the fxxx is 'KAIDEN'?

Kaiden (ME3) - Imagine sitting with one of your best friends who you've been through some sh*t with, having a few beers and a steak then wham out of no where the guy becomes George Michael, camps it up big time and comes on to you. That scene was missing a renegade shoot him in the face option. Seriously what in the hell were the writers thinking.
You probably get to shoot him in the face if you romance him. *rim shot*

Ashley (Liked her in ME1 but hated her ME2 and ME3)
Quarians (Stupid space rats)
I for one don't hate Jacob, but it did not justice to his character in ME3. Sucks for the people who romanced him in ME2...but the priiiiiiiize...

I've never played through either ME2 or 3 without Wrex alive but I'm going to say Wreav as well.

Allers for stiff voice acting and unceremoniously replacing Emily Wong.
Kai Leng was good in the books by Drew Karpyshyn, but from Deception onward he was crap.
Jacob Taylor was kind of meh.
Balak put us in a hostage situation that I could have easily won by capturing him and saving the hostages if the game had let me.

2) Salarian Dalatrass - She tried to coax me in to betraying the Krogan and disrespected Mordin.
3) Udina - Obvious reasons. However, I actually liked him in ME3 up until the Coup.

Ash was okay sometimes, and other times her personality was...problematic.
Diana Allers: Dumb stunt. Voice acting not up to par with the rest of the cast. Would have vastly preferred Emily Wong. Missed opportunity by Bioware to deepen her character.
Kai Leng: I dislike the idea of space ninjas. And as space ninjas go, he was worse than usual.

2 - Jacob. Because he cheated on Shepard. >_< Nnng!
He's a cool guy, but I hate how Jacobmancers were treated like dirt.
3 - Kai Leng, too much in-your-face antagonist. Didn't like him at all.

Kaidan - Boring and uninteresting. Felt like he should had been in a boy band, rather than in the marines.
Ashley - Close-minded bigot with major trust issues. Big turn offs for me in real life.
Allers - In my first playthrough, I had no idea that she was a cameo. I kept waiting for her to be relevant. Instead, she was just sorta there.
