1. ME3 Ashley
2. Miranda (**** is the best and only the best piece)
3. The whole Quarian race including Tali. Hate those pathetic space rats. Tali's suicide; good riddance!
4. That weird bartender who smites my drink in ME2. Y U NO GIVE ME FREE BUTTSE- nevermind.
5. Cortez. I think it's interesting to have a fully gay character, but crying to me about your husband?

I forgot to mention...
Anderson - When I find out that while I was grounded, Anderson wanted to take my SR-2 and use it as his "command ship", all my rage. Talk about being a thief, it was a personal gift from TIM.

I like all characters, well except Kai Leng and the catalyst, but I wouldn't call them "characters".

I liked them all that was part of the problem in ME3 too many of the characters I loved got bent over and fcked sideways.

Allers
maybe Ashley
and I guess Jacob, he's kind of a useless character. Well actually that's thing. He isn't a character, because he's got none in him. The complete opposite of James.

I don't understand why people hate Kai Leng, his emails are hilarious.

I don't really dislike many characters, but the characters I just don't like are -
Ashley
Kaidan
James
Allers
Cortez
Thane
Javik can be a dick sometimes
Random door guards on the Normandy
Annoying MP Shuttle Pilot
Aaand that's about it... Also found some of Garrus' dialogue to be really cheesy and kind of cringe-worthy, but nothing to really hold against him. Same goes for Wrex.

Allers.
Kyle Ling.
Liara *in ME3 only*
Jacob in ME3 *when I find out he 180s on fem sheps*
Sexbot Edi *just the sexbot part*

I like Liara and Jacob all-around just can't stand them in ME3. I honestly can't name a character I 'hated' in ME1 or Me2. Disliked some maybe, but only because it was their role to be disliked. For example I disliked Morinth but don't hate her as a character.  If I hate a character it's because they MUCK up the Suspension of Disbelief.

I'd probably say Fist from ME1.

A minor and utterly pointless NPC that I shot in the face the first chance I got.

I'm on pretty good terms with everyone else (even Ashley, in spite of the fact that I vaporized her ass on Vermire because I didn't need another Soldier character in the party).

Kai Leng certainly wasn't a villain I loved to hate. Allers was horrible and even in the middle of a reaper invasion all Miranda did was whine about her sister and dad.

Garrus
They tried too hard to make him look cool, but it never really worked. Nihlus and Saren had more cool in their pinkies (or whatever the Turian equivalent is) than Garrus ever did. His ME2 recruitment and loyalty quests were pretty amazing though.

Kelly Chambers
Too available, too naïve, too stupid of a reason to work for Cerberus, too boring, etc., etc.

Thane
I liked the voice and his composure, but I always though the Drell philosophy of not being responsible for one's body kind of destroyed his character. The praying for his victims, the haunting if not quite remorseful flashbacks. Basically the whole 'good assassin' type the game presented was just a little too neat.

Ashley
Loved her voice. Enjoyed the family stories. Thought the xenophobia bordering on racism was rather dubious. But the poetry was just wrong. I find it difficult explain, but it somehow didn't fit. And the role it played in the culmination of her romance was embarrassing frankly.

That's it I think. Most of the other characters I really rather liked.

Samara - Sociopathic, the Ardat Yakshi that are hunted are addicts to their genes and maybe if the Asari weren't so afraid of letting other races in, they could cure the condition.
And she kills indiscriminately- I was just glad I didn't have to stand back while she executed a jaywalker.

Jacob Taylor- Starts off okay in ME2 but as the game progresses so does his decline.Judgmental, hypocritical- he's not likeable for me and I'll admit it's a YMMV.

Diana Allers- Emote, or fake it, her lines were mediocre but the VA makes it worse. Also pointless given past relationship with Emily Wong and Khalisah al-Jilani, there was no need for a new reporter. Like the doctor, once could have served onboard and one as a War Asset. An insipid irritation.

James Vega- Meathead. Why couldn't I get Fred from Scooby Doo? More interesting and less annoying.

Liara - The first four irritate me but none of the above are shoved front and center for three games. I get she's a creator's pet but she should of at least had the same rules applied to her as other characters from the first game. At some point she should of been able to die, there is nothing storywise that you couldn't get another Asari Prothean expert to do.

At some point she should of been able to die.

This often gets repeated on the BSN as fact, even though it isn't true. I guess the longevity of the 'Liara is invincible' myth can be attributed to the fact that most people complete the game with maxed out EMS. Liara can die in a low EMS run however, either with or without the extended cut downloaded.

Without the EC DLC, if Liara is one of the two squadmates on the beam rush, when Shepard wakes up after being knocked unconcious Liara will be lying dead nearby on the ground, along with whomever the second squadmate was. The bodies can be easy to miss however, and since there isn't a cutscene showing your squadmates die, I suppose some people didn't catch that your squadmates can die in the beam rush.

If the EC has been downloaded, you get a cutscene showing the squadmates actually die.

Ethan Jeong. I can understand wanting to kill everyone to hush up the Thorian issue, but he's so fidgety and panicky about it. "Goddamn it, this might be bad for PR! Better purge the colony."

All those corporate jerks on Noveria. Except for Gianna. And Lilihierax. And -perhaps- Captain Matsuo.

Han'Gerrel, or rather, his pathological obsession with vengeance against the geth.

Kai Leng. That "Trollolol!" mail was so pathetic. And his kung fu was weak.

Okay, you missed my point, die at a point in the first two games. No other original ME character was invincible until the rush to the beam with low EMS. Kaidan/Ashley- dead by picking the other, Wrex, low charm/intimidate dead from failure to convince him that destroying Saren's cure was right, Tali and Garrus loyal and not in the Suicide Mission dependent on choice.

I was remiss in the details, sorry.
