I don't really hate any other characters but I felt like Allers really didn't add anything to game. Should've refrained from killing Emily Wong off on twitter and added her instead. Seriously EA, stop infecting games with that ridiculous commercial BS...
I guess I liked Jacob well enough despite him being the only 'normal' person on the team, automatically making him less interesting than the other companions. But I didn't dislike him or anyone else on the team.

I hate the fact she took the spot of one of the two more interesting reporters already implemented in the series.

1. Garrus. Just 'meh' for me, never got excited about him as a squaddie and never understood the online bromance with him. Not trolling.
2. Kai Leng. Felt like a lazily written distraction and just pandering to the stereotypical anime fan. Only played the games and never read other fiction, so maybe thats why.
3. Thane. Again just meh. Never fit my playstyle as a squaddie in ME2, and since he quickly says something to the effect of "I'm dying, so let's go on a suicide mission" I wrote off any emotional attachment up front.
Top 3 hated the character (well written/satisfaction in killing them):
1. Illusive man. Always had enough sense to his arguments that you could see his perspective, but still crazy.
2. Elanos Haliat. Terrorist that set the probe/nuke in a mine in ME1. Was a minor character really, but in my first playthrough I was extremely pissed at blowing so much omnigel. I initially thought I had 10 seconds to complete all 3 minigames, and knew that wasn't going to happen.
3. Udina,

him...even more after he took the space a ME2-Squad-Mate could have
had!)
kaidan/ashley (dislike both for their letters in ME2, their
attitude problem at the start of ME3 and ashley herself because of her
humanity first policy...and a little - i have to admit it - because of
her faith...i am a faithless atheist, so i do not believe, also i do not
belittle people for their faith...but with her and preaching to my
sheppard...it just aggravates me)
udina (that double-crossing ****...just as i was starting to like him (he was finally - IMHO - trying to do some good in ME3 and then he joins cerberus?...sorry, realism went out of the window on that one....*shakes his head*)
turian councilor (must i say more?)
asari councilor ('nough said)
dalatrass (the one leading the salarians...double-crossing, war mongering psycho!)
...would have to think on that some more, but those are my most hated...
greetings LAX

For the record, I kinda like Udina because in ME3 he genuinely cares for the situation on earth and wants to do more rather than just sit on his arse and do nothing (Unlike Tevos, Sparatus and Valern), also I can understand why he used cerberus to take over the Citadel, because he was getting desperate and just happened to choose an organisation that was indoctrinated by the reapers (Which he didn't know until it was too late)

Dianna Allers... What was the point in having her again (And I didn't really like the voice acting.)
Catalyst, AKA Casper the Trolling Ghost
Udina, I don't need to explain why (I was a full Paragon and didn't hesitate to put a bullet in him!)
Blasto, cause he didn't help me destroy the Reapers... He would have made all the difference.
All the Councilors, way to procrastinate you idiots!!!!!! Air quote me, I burn your house down with combustible lemons!!

Ashley in ME3
Kai Leng (what was he here for anyway?)
Kaidan in ME1
Allers
Udina ME3 with the coup (I didn't liked him in first 2, but I understood his position)
The form the catalyst took, should've been more "alien", maybe something like Vigil

Samara- She came off as hollow (to me) and her moral system was utterly foolish, to the point of almost being dangerous. Her scene at the Monastery was beautifully done, but other than that, I found her bland.
Morinth- She's a deranged serial killer with no redeeming qualities. Why anyone would like her is beyond me.
Jacob- Not dislike per se, just overwhelming ambivalence. Nothing was very interesting about this fellow. Plus his cheating on FemShep lost a few bro-points.
EDI- Not so much her character, but the direction BW took her in ME3. I did not like the new body and it felt like a slot that should have gone to an ME2 squadmate.
Ashley- ME1, she was interesting (if a bit bold). I could not stand her ME3 version, cringing every time I saw the reflection of lip gloss. She's a rough-tough tomboy soldier, damnit. Plus she had fewer lines of dialogue on the Normandy than Allers. I felt really bad for Ashley fans, even though my canon saved Kaidan.
Non-Squaddies:
Allers- Just no. Unacceptable. Never EVER let her on my ship.
Kai Lame- Apparently, he was pretty interesting in the books, but in the game, he was even barely a character. Everything about him just sucked.
Catalyst- For retroactively shredding the replayability of the series for me. It is the worst thing that ever happened to the entire franchise. Nothing can compete with the horribleness of the Starchild.

Vega - Character's OK but really ugly character design
Linron
Joker - he's OK, but he's an ****. "Nihlus didn't compliment me enough on my flying! I hate him!" and "Don't worry Edi, we can get rid of the smell" in reference to Wrex/Wreav and Eve
Kaidan - not him personally, but FemShep's dialogue options in regards to romancing someone else after Horizon soured things for me, she has the option of paragon grovelling apologising, renegade apologising (seriously the renegade option was to apologise to him?) or lying to him whereas MShep gets the option to tell Ashley he considered Horizon to be a breakup.
The kid when he was on Earth - his voice was so annoying. I'm in Ireland so we got ME3 a few days later, I LOLed when I heard the spoilers about the Starbrat as there were people going "waaahhh they killed an innocent kiddy widdy!" over the trailer, a fictional child who we didn't even know.
Oh and Shepard should have gotten the option of not giving two hoots about some random kid dying.

Were you playing on 360? I played it on PC, and burned through it easily. Remember, the timer stops when you go into the hacking mini.
Also, I had no idea that you actually meet him in the game. I always just ran down that hill and blew apart everybody with the Mako, never even noticed that Haliat was in that group.
Anyways, there aren't any characters I hate, just a bunch I find bland or think are gigantic douchnozzles.
1: Ashley/Kaiden/Miranda/Jacob: Tied for first place in the 'utterly forgettable' contest. The first time I played through ME1, when Kaiden talked to me in the planning process, my first thought was 'Who's this guy? Oh, right, he's that random Marine that I started with on Eden Prime. Guess I'll kill him instead of ********** McPinkarmour.'
I mean, there's nothing wrong with them, it's just that I was never even remotely interested in interacting with any of them or giving any ****s about their problems.
2: Udina. Just ****. That. Guy.

Number 2: That annoying brat on earth. Come my second playthrough, I actually REJOICED when the Destroyer blew the shuttle out of the air.
Number 3: Kai Leng. He was pretty cool in Retribution, but in ME3 he was basically Failure Incarnate.Lame design, Lame dialogue, lame boss fights.
Number 4: Diana Allers. What a waste of precious disc space.
Number 5: The asari and turian councilor. Effing Jackasses.
Number 6: Han'Gerrel. Nobody, NOBODY shoots at me and gets away with it.
