I have, but very little. In my brief Sci-Fi PnP experience, there were better post-apocaplyptic games out there. Twilight 2000 with House rules for artillery was one of my faves, but even then, a lot of other rules were mended for playability, and it was difficult for some to get into a character.

Ye gods, I used to play but that way back in the '80s. I can't recall much about it now (or at least, not enough to be of any help) and I assume there have been a lot of changes to the game since then. I do remember having a lot of fun with it though.
