Nah. I'll be doing the same. It's good to have a number of different interests or games.
Makes it a little harder to get sick of 'em. and in the meanwhile, those who stay on ME3's MP will have fewer players to bog down the servers and probably have some improvement to their game. And in a while, most will come back to ME3 anyway.
Will I be considered a filthy heretic

You're such a flilthy heretic.
Naw, your fine. I'm not even interested in BL2 myself.

Play something too much incessantly, no matter how good it is, and you will suffer from burnout.
Play a game for awhile, take a break, then play something else and repeat. The enjoyment lasts longer!

I will play Halo 4... No wait. I don't have Xbox.
No, if you'll play only 5% of the time BL2 and 95% ME3, then you won't be considered heretic.

If you do such a thing, your weapons/gear will all reset to 0 and you have to start all over again and every time you do fire up the ME3 multiplayer, you have to go through the final citidel level in the campaign without the extended cut (not like its a big improvement anyways). Those most unclean must be purged.

R and C is the exception, of course!
