Can rogues have a hybrid magical specialization this time?

In Origins, Warriors got Reaver which is essentially blood magic for non-mages and Templar which despite Alistair's deadpaning is much more than a man in a tin suit since Holy Smite is magical and hurts everyone, mage or not.  Awakening, gave Spirit Warriors which are outright non-mages with a connection to the fade, just without the power (without asking spirits).  And in DA2, Reaver and Templar return.

Rogues however do not have a hybrid magical class at all.  In Origins, Assassin was not explained by any magic (although Zev did say the Crows did blood sacrifices to obtain special power, you never see it or can reproduce it); Bard while the effect looked magical, was just songs; Ranger while also looking magical was just calling a wild animal (even in the Deep Roads?); and duelist was not remotely close to magical.  In Awakening, Legion Scout was the polar opposite of magical and Shadow was just stealth and poison.

I think what Zevran said about the Crows doing blood sacrifices (probably to demons) for power should be integrated into the Assassin skillset so rogues should have their version of blood magic like Warriors have Reaver.

They did in DA2. They could turn invisible + summon smokebombs.

That was just the typical rogue stealth/poison deal.  None of it was explained specifically by magic like the Reaver or Templar.

There was nothing typical about it.
