While I'm waiting for gameday I'll be doing a midlife upgrade on my computer. I'll want to be able to run the game on very high graphic settings so the main thing I'll be doing is getting a new video card. I've been considering a GTX 660 ti but this card is known to have memory bandwidth issues which effects some games a great deal(ie: Crysis) and other games very little(ie: Total War: Shogun 2). How will DA3's needs affect my decision? If you've been able to play DA2 well with very high settings I'd like to hear what you think.

Much depends on your monitor resolution. For example, I'm using 2560x1600 and 2 Radeon HD6970s in Crossfire wasn't enough to run DA2 with all details maxed and using 4xAA and 8xAF. I had to turn a few details off or down to get a completely satisfactory and constant framerate.

Hmm, with DA3 so far away, it is tough to say, especially with the news of the Frostbite 2 engine. The 660ti is a great card, but there is no guarantee that it will be able to run DA3 at max settings in late 2013. You might consider waiting until 2013 to buy a new GPU.
