It's a title with four syllabels in it.  Everyone wil stil refer to it as DA "3".   You still have a year to change it to three or less syllables.

How about Dragon Age: Pseudoantidisestablishmentarianism ---it means to separate from the church. Isn't that what the Templars do in DA3?

Any sesquipedalia will do. Think of the typography! The opportunity for kerning! The design team would be very happy.

I am having this '' extremely disappointed in Bioware lately '' trend going on atm. But I am not biased, I actually think that Dragon Age: Inquisition sounds pretty kewl ^^. Lets be honest, Dragon age 3 just sounds a bit boring. Dragon Age: Inquisition.... Sounds adventurous and exciting .

I still believe that they should've named it '' Dragon Age: Tale of the Cheese Monster '' and then give us Ser pounce a lot as our main protagonist.

   But in all seriousness. I hope Bioware pulls this off as well as Dragon age:origins. Perhaps Bioware can once again crawl themselves back into my art category out of  the'' actionalizie and scrap RPG elements with every new game '' category.

In all seriousness they should make Sir Pounce a lot the protagonist for the mini-game associated with the game (you now for iphones or androids or the facebook game even).

I don't play those games, but I would play that game for the entertainment value.

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

OT the title is fine. Idk about everyone else but in speech I refer to DA:O as Origins and DA:A as Awakening. Text is another matter as the abbreviations are even shorter. Rise to Power did have the issue of being too long to use in both text and speech. DA:RtP has more letters than DA2 and dragon age 2 is just as easy if not easier to say than rise to power.

You can argue against or for, sincerely and genuinely even if there's (self-)irony involved. It's called a sense of humor. NOT "trolling", whatever that may mean. 
(I mean, when did that word start to define all jokes, rudeness, acting and profanity at the same??)

"Trolling" does not mean anything, so you people who throw that around too freely should cut that name-game and actually think about stuff for once.

edit: also, why should the topic about the title be "less worthy"?

I am quite serious in discussing what the name of the new game will be. I'm sure the DA devs had to have that discussion as well and reasoning for or against titles were open and honest. Unless Mark Darrah just walked in and announce that it will be "Inquisition" and stared everybody down....

Anyway, I think this has been one of the more civil posts on this forum. Thanks for the discussion guys!
