Please tell me that other people felt upset about the lack of Kill animation in Dragon Age 2

maybe 20 more animations, but they only happen when you kill by a critical hit? That way they won`t get old too fast.

Yeah, but how far?

Like ripping guts out brutality god of war style(obviously without the acrobatics) or just your bog standard impale/ limb chop/ head chop?

Yes! Bring on the gore! Finishers for mages would be pretty epic, wasn't that one of the things that BW talked about during the development of DA2?

Yep. Please bring back kill animations Bioware and some slow motion kills could be used for mages and archers (like showing the arrow fly into an enemy's head for archers).

Couldnt agree more

Stabbing an enemy and seeing him instantly explode isn't as satisfying as stabbing him three or four times and then decapitating him.

hmmmm that sounds a little disturbing  :innocent:

I have to admit I enjoyed the kill animations when they appeared every now and then, if there was one criticism I had with them it was definitely that there were too few of them.

I liked them until they got repetitive. Should be a slider to choose how often it happens.
Never - No Repeats - Occasionally - Always
Something like that.

My concern is timing. Y'know how, as a mage in DA2, you'd get stuck twirling and couldn't do anything? That sort of lockdown can be really dangerous if u need to heal someone or something. Othetwise, they are pretty cool.
