I quite enjoyed the death blows(the sword and shields were my favourites) - Just not the ones that killed ogres.

I mean, that General Darkspawn fight in Denerim. I've just taken down an ogre and now my game is playing is slow motion, and my dual wield rogue is unable to fight, while 2 more ogres advance on me with an elite mob. Tssk.

Another problem I obviously had with death blows is the fact they're restricted to melee(at least in Origins). It would be nice to see some bonus spell animations for death blows or some flashy arrow work for archers. I dunno, I just don't think melee should have all the fun.

That aside - I like the deathblows, it would be nice to see them return.

Those Age of Conan finishers, most of them, are awesome but too slow for mid-combat. I'd love to have stuff like that for final enemy kills at the end of encounters. ;) Put an exclamation mark on it.

Nice, I like. I'd choose "Always". And hopefully there is a nice variety with every weapon, mages' weapons included.

I'd like a set of regular attack finishers that are very quick and efficient (stab chop, single roundhouse headchop, etc.), and then a set of a few more involved critical hit finishers on top of that (like stab stab disarm overarc slice kick away, stuff like that), for more variety, and so we still have that added punch.

Archers should have an animation when they kill an ogre were they climb onto it's shoulders and shoot an arrow into it's head.

I spent all of DA2 with the Dogs of War hammer wanting to knock someone down and crush their head. I'm not bloodthirsty, it just seemed appropriate.
Also, don't make them take too long. That'd be bad.
