I'm talking about the character code that's generated as you design and tweak your character. It made it soo convenient to share your character's appearance with friends/youtube fans and replicate your protagonist's face for a second playthrough! Currently, I have my favorite Hawke's CC saved in seven different photos on my cell phone for easy replication, but the code would make things soo much easier!!

Mostly because I tend to role-play my female protagonists as really tall, really lanky idiots.
And add a breast slider while you're at it. I refuse to play a female warrior/rogue with massive boobs.
(Hawke was perfect in that regard, though.)

Add more styles. Better ponytails for guys and girls. For god's sake, crack open a fashion magazine, or use a google search and you'll find some good hairstyles that people might actually want to use.
Not that you haven't improved since DA:O, but there's still lots of room for improvement.
Add more tats, plz. And more complexions. Freckles, moles, etc. They can be cute or classy on some characters.

I want good male hairstyles. Seriously, no shade, but Bioware sucks at making male hairstyles. As does pretty much every other game developer out there. It's not that hard, really. Just get rid of these abominations and put in a quiff or a side-crop with a nice peak or something...
Also, accessories, like others have said. Jewellery, scars, sunglasses (kidding. like, seriously. very kidding...), more tattoos, freckles etc. And I saw someone mention SR3, so...bulge slider for males?

please.
And decent ponytails that don't look like a dead rigor mortis snail glued to the back of the PC's head.

Character Creation a la Dragon's Dogma would be amazing. Choosing height/width/muscle structure/weight was great as was the range of the different facial feature shapes you could have.
Longer hairstyles too as well as freckles!
And body scars :')
So excited for DA3: Inquisition.
Edit: As well as origins - I feel they add more to the story/immersion.

look at dragons dogma. I'm not saying copy the actual designs but the array of options they gave in that game was great, they didn't do everything right but there was so much more depth than in either DA game.
I really have to quote this because it's so true. The character design in Dragon's Dogma was lovely. I made a male pawn and he was *very* sexy/cute. And my female Arisen was as equally as sexy/cute. And since you could do so much with body/face building, you could make your character look as amazing or as stupid as you wanted.
But hey, that's the Japanese (Capcom) for you. They know how to be stylish!

That's a good idea. I wished my protag in DA2 had bigger boobs. lol, also they should be fair and give the boys a crotch slider. haha

More body types a la SW:TOR, I mean, maybe restrict the overweight body type to mages since that wouldn't make much sense for a seasoned warrior or agile rogue not to have a fit body.
It's just me who wants to make a character like this?

Better dark skin. DA2 was a step above DAO, but it still looked...off.
Looked like graphical glitches with my game

A face code would be cool, so that we can reuse previous custom faces without going through the hassle of trying to recreate them. Aside from that:
Fancier/more hairstyles (if long hair is still impossible due to clipping, then prettier up-styles)
Freckles/moles/beauty spots/scars
Facial/ear piercings
More makeup options
More makeup colours (the black eyeshadow option looked blue-ish grey)
Advanced facial feature customisation
Darker black hair (because the black in DA2 looked dark brown)
More shades/tones of hair colour
More skin tones
Body tattoos (if possible)
The option to get our character to pull faces in the character creator so that we can see if he/she will look derpy.
Yes to all of these. Piercings would be awesome, more tattoos, more makeup options, more hair color options (maybe even weird ones like pink, green etc.). Especially the last one. My characters came out nice in the CC screen and then I would see them in game and they would look derpy all of a sudden.
