Increase duration by 60% should produce overall more damage ( otherwise would be a useless option ) - you get to stack flamer damage up to 16 times (fires 2 times per second) instead of the 40% damage evolution where you only get to stack it up to 10 times (but will do more damage per cast) ...

Peddro your math owns me can you simplify for us weaker minded please and explain the best way to use Flamer? Do I keep cooking or just set enemies on fire then run away or what what?

Great thanks for Clarifying that corlist. I also have a question about Tact Cloak and DC, does Cloak+DC mean the DC will be at +80% damage for the entire 30seconds or for 2.5seconds or simply the duration of your cloak.
