Hello, I just bought this game Dragon Age.  I saw this code for Blood dragon armor, i redeemed the code, and it said something about a DL but after i redeemed it came up in a green text something like "Redeemed finished" and thne somethign about balancing my wallet. Didnt really get it, but then i went to DL and there was nothing there except things I could buy like warden keep and some stone prisoner. I made an character but got nothing in inventory and even looked on youtube to see if someone explained. Please help!

do you use vista? if so, you have to run the game as an administrator for the downloader to work (bloody vista protection)

Oh, googled it and found it, im DL it right now, the EA download manager, after i got it, what do i do?

the game is publiced by electronics arts, they have a special download manager you need to install in order to download things to there games, DO:A doesnt automaticly install it.

after you have downloaded it, you log in with your DO:A acc (the one with your e-mail) then activate DO:A and it should start downloading.

Ok i got it, it tells me i can DL dragon age but i got it already, now when i have it, what do i do?

forget that last part.start the download manager and click ea store, on the right side of the screen there is a button that sais activate game. click that and fill everything in.

When you go to the page for "Downloadable Content," what is in the "Installed Content" folder (far right tab)?

the stuff you already downloaded and installed in the game, here you can activate/deactivate all your downloads

But i havnt installed anything, the thing is the install for blood armor isnt coming up, I need some help where to find it and why its gone.

Sorry to intrude on your discussion, but I am trying to follow this process, and I have hit a snag. I downloaded the EA manager, but when I click EA store, it takes me to a website. Is this correct? If it is, then I see no button that says 'activate game'. Thanks for the help.

Its on the right, and yes u get to a website with some few games showing. It should be up in the right.

Ladimuss have u also got to this problem that when u redeem the code theres no DL coming up neither in the game or outside the game?

To notify you of my problems I had with any of my codes (Incl. BDArmor)
1. Register your Serial Code [The one on the back of the instruction booklet] on this website. 
      ^^^^^^^^^-[Profile -> Register Games]
2. Log into your account in the DA:O game itself [Left down corner]

And you might try to re-use [Will give a negative] your redeem code/s

Oh, sorry for the confusion. My question was trying to help you, FreeGonzale. I wasn't asking a general question, I was wondering if you have looked in the "Installed Content" folder your Downloadable Content (DLC) page. Good luck!
