Now that DA3 has been announced, I am curious if the developers are free to speak candidly about the real potential for multiple playable races in the game (both in the single-player campaign and in the multiplayer format)?  I can only speak for myself, but I feel allowing us to choose once again to play as different races with different perspectives would only increase the replay value of the game. 

Likewise, Inquisition sounds like an ambitious title and I can only assume its events would involve every race in a significant way.  Furthermore, with the use of the Frostbite 2 engine and the graphics/customization options Mr. Darrah's announcement suggested it can bring, maybe aspects like individual models for different races would not be an obstacle?  As an aside, I also feel that options like backgrounds/origins would be great to return in DA3 as well.

Would any of the developers be able to speak now on race options for DA3, in both the single and multiplayer format?
