Cullen.

Flemeth, Morrigan, Alistair, Varric, Anders, Feynriel, Zevran.

Cullen is the only one I would want as a companion. Everyone else I would just like to see the continuation of their stories, however that might be presented to us.

There really isn't anyone I don't want to see. I just don't want any former companions to come back as new companions.

I'd personally like to see:

All Origins/Awakening companions again (except Velanna), all DA2 companions again, and the following NPCs from both games: Shianni, Jowan (if alive), Dagna, Teagan, Keran, Charade Amell, and Feynriel.

I would particularly like to see all previous love interests, Hawke's surviving sibling, and Nathaniel Howe.

I would prefer not to see:

Tallis, Isolde, and Anora (though I might have shot myself in the foot on that one, making her queen in 5/8 playthroughs . . . )

Shale is the only character I really want to see.

Although there are some (like Morrigan) who I don't want to see in major roles, there isn't really anybody that I would mind seeing again.

For me it is pretty much Varric and Hawke. Being able to transfer your Hawke from DA2 would be pretty cool and IMO only add to the story and can act as a mentor figure to the Inquisitor. As much as I want to see my Warden again, I see this as a near impossibility since the number of possible Wardens is astronomical. Now a cameo by your warden or mention of his importance would be nice.

So far the characters I want:
Varric-companion
Hawke-companion(I mean this shouldn't be that difficult)
Warden-cameo or mention importance.

Loghain - he's a prety cool guy.
Nathaniel - I'll need a rogue that is not chantry-obsessed fanatic.
Anders - he did a great job blowing Chantry.

From DA2

Well of the DA2 companions i love Isabela, Varric, Aveline & i am starting to really enjoy bitter Carver. Also find Cassandra intriguing.
Given Isabela should be with my Hawke i am not really sure i want to see anymore than maybe a cameo unless there's a section fo the game where we control hawke, then i want her by his side.

So potentially Varric and Cassandra for me.

Morrigan, quite unique i've never seen character like her. Like a dark shadow with a pinch of goodwill.
Merill too cute to skip i think.

Sten the living statue of duty and honor something i respect.
Isabella even if having trouble maintaining eye contact i liked her as a character.

Otherwise I'm not sure but if they plan to give DA2 party members the same approach as they have given some of the ME2 squad in ME3 I rather prefer to see none of them

I would be interested to hear what Morrigan is doing but I don't need to see her let alone recruit her - just a conversation that her and the Warden are doing whatever works just fine for me (even if its they haven't been seen in x years).

Cassandra could be interesting depending on what the devs plan (planned?) to do with her.

I don't think there's any character who I specifically don't want to return, but if I had to pick just one who I did want to return it would most definitely be Varric.
