Ok, so i've redeemed my codes at dragonage.bioware.com/redeem and they got accepted. But when I log in to the game and look at the download menu there is nothing there. I have tried to refresh, restart. Everything, but it wont work.
I've seen alot of people complaining about this, but there is no one who's got a proper answer.
So i would like anyone who know's how to fix this to please reply!

Is the e-mail address you use in-game the same as the one associated with your BioWare account?

i have the same problem.

my e-mail address is the same and i even bought 800 biowarepoints wich got accepted and do show but there's simply nothing in any of the downloadable content tabs.

so i agree with sexydexy can anyone plz give a proper solution for this bug/glitch

Yup, I'll climb in your boat. I put the code in but when i go to the option that says i'll help it asks me to purchase it.

Ok here's a question how do you change your email address. I checked and the email address is one that I haven't had in years I updated my Bioware/NWN/account but I can't figure out where to here.

Ok I give up what FAQ, where... a link would help if not at least tell me where the FAQ is listed. I would have looked there first if I had been able to find it. Please tell this old forum crawler how to find the FAQ.

Ok Thank you for the help. I found the way into it with a few "rememberings" for passwords etc. I managed to change it.

Ok it didn't work I changed my email at EA and the old email came up on the Code page. If someone could enlighten me asd to exactly wich FAQ I should be reading it would help.

I'm having the same problem. Bought the Digitial Deluxe edition from Steam, redeemed the code which appeared to work successfully, but nothing appears in-game. Definitely using the same email address for EA/Dragon Age and the Bioware site.

The DLC should appear in your Downloadable Content tab accessible from the main menu. If it is not there, use the refresh button. If this does not work (and I assume it has not for most or all of you, since I'm pretty sure you've already done those things) and your downloads remains blank then please use this link and follow the instructions:

I wish I could guarantee that it would work, but all I can say is: good luck.

yes shale shows in the menu of the dlc list but there is nobllod dragon armour there is also wardens keep

but when i clicked on the redeem code and put in the BDA code it worked and now i try download the winter forge mod 99% through it says "Dragon Age Origins uploader not found please contact tech support"

I had the problem because the service "Dragon Age Origins - Content Updater" was not present (as checked using XP's Run > services.msc).  I disabled my firewall & visuscanner, reinstalled Dragon Age, then used services.msc to change its statup type to Automatic.  Instead of doing a re-installation you could try manually adding the service to the file \\Dragon Age\\bin_ship\\DAUpdaterSvc.Service.exe & setting the startup type to automatic.

Personally I take this as a warning not to waste cash on buying DLC - if I have to wait until all DLC is compiled onto a DVD it will be worth the wait and better that spending cash on a system that relies on the servers remaining turned on.  OK, so it means no DVD = no spend cash.
