So I didn't read the directions thoroughly and created a new Bioware account, forgetting that I already had an EA account that was linked to my PSN. I redeemed the code under the new account, but I can't log in to that account on the PSN - the old account won't let me redeem the armor code, and I can't log in with the new account - what should I do?

Contact EA support and have them either move the PSN to the new account, or the blood dragon armor to the old account, depending on which account you want to keep.

give me a hand here please I just got my new puter and Dragon age running..After Redeeming the armour and shale codes online like instructions say and with any luck they show up in dlc. will they be there ingame if I play off line or are they only available as multiplayer or logged in to play . I generally don't play multi player games just single player..Thanks:D

I have a PS3 and already redeemed the code on the website but the armor does not show up in the game.Idk where to look to see if it was already installed but during the 4th part on the card it says to follow the instructions on the quest journal but it says nothing about it.I redeemed the code before I made a new character so idk if that was the problem but I tried making a new character after and it still does not work.

Can anyone help me on how I could obtain it?

I also am having problems obtaining my Blood Dragon Armor, and the Stone Prisoner quest on my PS3 version of Dragon Age: Origins. Does anyone else know how to resolve this?

seems everyone is having problems.. i entered my code to get free armor and of course got nothing.... any tips?? And before ya even ask, yes... i entered the right code.. maybe i miss entered once mabey twice, but not 6 times!!! GRRRRRRRR

Ok Guys, i understand what your talking about, so screw the FAQ cause it didnt help me

You Can do one of three things, hope they help:

1. Wait. When i bought the ME2 special edition i entered the Terminus Armour & Weapon code and everything registered, but my gear didnt come in till the following day.

2. Enter it again, but this time with Dragon Age up and running. Sometimes if it dosent register on your game you can use it again, but no hopes for this one.

3.(and this is my least favourite) Complain to Bioware. Explain your problem and they might credit your acc with the blood armour/shale.

Hope this works for you, i hvent tried entering the code yet, but i hope this dosent happen to me. All of the above solutions have worked for me and friends with the Terminus Weap & Armour unlock

Having the same problem. Just redeemed the Blood Dragon armor and Shale, and neither show up on the DLC menu in game. Perhaps we just have to wait.

Nothing yet shows up on the DLC menu. It appears I will have to ask for official assistance.

Its BS.... they made it too complicated to DL a f***ing armour!
Register at EA then bioware which sounds simple enough.
Problems have arisen for me when I changed my console..... (360)
I bought DA-O and registered the game at EA..... then bioware then DL'd the armour pack.
Decided I didnt like the game and traded it in.... Upon buying ME2 I found it impossible to DL the armour pack without the game code... even though I've already registered it.
My profile on bioware/ EA has no confirmation that any of the above happened.

Console users shouldnt have to go through the BS that PC users are used and accustomed to, EVERYTHING can be done from the console... with game codes.
