Since I loved both DAO and DA2, yes. The day pre-order becomes available, I'll do it.
And on release day, I will be standing outside my game store with a coffee and a Danish at 8:50, waiting for the metal blinds to be rolled up so I can get my hands on DA3.
Will you pre-order? New Poll here- http://social.bioware.com/polls/46068/

I usually wait to see some gameplay videos before pre-ordering anything.
I was fortunate to have a chance to play the DA2 demo at Comic Con back in 2010, so I had a pretty good idea about the gameplay when I pre-ordered, and overall I was happy with my purchase.
If DA3 is released toward the end of 2013, hopefully Bioware will do another public demo at the Hilton Gaslamp at next year's Comic Con?

As others have mentioned, there's a factor of what incentives they give.
Right now, I know of no incentives other than the dev's excitement. That doesn't make we want to pre-order, though.

Actually my old computer can't handle BF3. So in order to play DA3, I need to major upgrade my gaming PC. ... Answer: no, I cannot pre-order DA3.

Nope. Wasteland 2, Shadowrun, Age of Decadence should dominate most of my gaming in 2013 and Project Eternity hopefully in 2014.

Well I'm a fan of this genre
So I'm definately keeping my eye out on this.
Origonal DAO team suppose to be working on this.
I like both DAO and DA2.....I liked DAO better though, but enjoyed DA2 for different reasons.
I'm hoping DA2 was a stepping stone to make a better DA3 And they take the best of both and make a great game.
I'm just going to keep my eye on DA3 for now.

Way too early to know if I will or I won't. I am not nearly as upset as some people are about Mass Effect 3, but I had major issues with Dragon Age 2 and I need to know more information before I can make an informed decision.
There are two key areas I need more information on, one is the "social" aspect of the game, if its just going to be a Facebook game like Dragon Age 2, I can live with that, but mandatory multiplayer is going to remove all interest. The other area is Origin, I have no problem if they want to sell the game via Origin, but I don't want to be required to go online to authenticate Origin or Dragon Age each time I want to play.

After what happened with Mass Effect 3 I'd rather not.
After ME3, I doubt Bioware will see much preorder business for several years at least. I certainly won't be taking that plunge.

No. I'll only be getting it after the consumer reviews and I'll be suggesting that to everyone I know.
I want this game to succeed, but only if it deserves to succeed.
Having Bioware claim DA2 was an overwhelming success after the preorders went so high (even though the game was the biggest letdown of 2011) was frustrating.

I always pre-order on Amazon, so yeah, let's please have lotsa special bonus' for preordering! ON AMAZON! Sorry hehehe I'm just trying to make a point. All other companies preorder bonuses on Amazon are awesome, but Bioware has been a little lackluster. Because I pre-order as soon as it's available and manage to get everything that is offered for preordering I want more more more. Sorry what was this thread about again?

Probably so, unless I see something major that sours my mood on it.

Perhaps when I actually know something substantial about it; I'm not pre-ordering blind.

No. I always wait for consumer reviews on Amazon and Metacritic before i make a video game purchase. Except DA2 which i bought with no information and that is something i won't do again.
