Nah, I never pre-order. I am obsessed with DA, so, nonetheless, I will buy it!

I'm undecided this time. I've preordered every Bioware game since Mass Effect 1 (and always the CE), but this time I need to hear more.
Multiplayer will be a big factor: if featured, I won't preoder and only buy it later on at a discounted price. Maybe.

Voting is closed, but I would have voted undecided.

I want to see if this is going to look more like DA2 or DAO before I decide. I preordered DAO, but thankfully didn't with DA2. There enough hints prior to release that DA2 was going to be disappointing. In retrospect I'm glad I waited.

Nope... ME3 was the last straw. No pre-orders from me.

I never liked the idea of preordering anything. Well, maybe the food in restaurants.

I'd pre-order my pre-ordered pre-order copy if I could.

Unless the game is developed for next-gen consoles. Then I'll have to starve for a month and then buy both console and game. Or I'd just pre-order the game and buy the console a month later.

Eh, point is: I have faith in Bioware. They haven't made a bad game yet, IMO.

No I will not preorder. I will not even buy this game if it doesn't get atleast a 9.0 on review sites. Bioware has betrayed my trust for the last time.

There used to be time when you would buy anything Bioware put out because of their reputation. I stay clear of Bioware games now.

I preordered DA][ and ME3 out of good faith despite warning alarms going off in my head. I've vowed not to ignore those signs/alarms this time. So the game is gonna have to look damn impressive for me to even consider preordering it.

Administer this poll in a year and the result will be landslide "yes"

Kinda like that Modern Warfare 2 Boycott steam group that showed a good 80-90% of its members in-game with Modern Warfare 2 on release day.

After every new big piece of information about the game we get I plan on creating a new poll to see if people changed their minds.

After DA2 and ME3, it was already unlikely. After hearing the protagionist is definately a human? Not unless the demo blows me away.

Nope. I'll wait for a few weeks until all the fanboys have blown their wad like they did over DA:2 and Skyrim, then see what the real reviews say. Even if the real reviews are great I'll leave it until it's 2nd hand & cheap if all we have to choose from is a voiced human protagonist.

It's not going anywhere.

I wish I could say yes, but having had my fingers burnt with both DA2 and ME3 I will probably pre-order online (where they only charge when they send it), and then keep it if I do not have any reason to doubt and cancel should I have any warnings signs, like the ones that I ignored for the above examples.

People are fickle. I don't mean to insult any of you in this thread but i'm pretty certain that a lot of you who have said absolutely no, will end up pre-ordering it.

I pre-ordered Origins, but didn't pre-order II out of sheer lazyness. I'll be pre-ordering the third one the second I can.

Sure, I guess... At this point it seems so far away that it's difficult to work up any enthusiasm until we get to see some more stuff from the devs.

Probably. If the news about the game that filters out over the next year or so is about on par with the information we've received so far, then yes, I'll be pre-ordering.

Yeah that's true. Just like some pwople who said yes may not pre-order it. This is just meant to give a general idea. Minds change over time.

Still need more convincing, DA2 was....really....disapointing.....i've lil faith left in the DA crew after they knowingly handed me a half finished game and charged me full price for it

Also depends on the pre-order benifits, if i see any bullcrap about collecters edition only DLC then you can keep your game and use it as a supository bioware; half the reason i didn't bother with ME3 was cause of that crap

I think it's likely I will but I wont make my final decision until I've seen a lot more of whats to come!

I want to see trailers and learn a bit more about the game first, if I like what I see I'll pre-order if not I wont!

I will pre-order and then if what I hear closer to the time of release just doesn't make if sound good then I can cancel my order. I enjoyed both DA:O and DA2 so for me I don't see that big of a worry for me with DA3.

^ This.  I often buy games on the release day, but I think I've only ever preordered two games in total  - and those were both because the bonuses seemed like things I might want to buy later so I thought it made sense for that reason, not because I thought they looked like the best games ever or because all those other games looked inferior.

Without the promise of a useful set of extras, I don't see the point of pre-ordering at all. No comment on the quality of the basic game (or "trust" in the production team) is implied by that.
