I don't really care about the nudity, as long as the romance is done right. I like the Kaidan one in Mass Effect 3. It was pretty well-done and still leave a lot to the imagination. Liara one was pretty nice as well.

Ehhh... how do I best approach this? I think examples would be best. 

I think that ME1's romance scenes used nudity appropriately. Nudity being expected under the circumstances (rolling around in underwear is kinda immersion bending in a way, I think) while also not meant to be erotic. It was simply two lovers embracing, and certainly not pornographic.

The Witcher 2 sex scenes are excessive and gratuitous, full-stop. In that game, the sex scenes focus on the physical pleasure the characters give to each other rather than any sort of emotional connection between them, and the whole thing is unnecessary, IMO. 

So it can go either way, and even the scenes from ME2 where it shows them just beginning to remove clothing without actually getting nude is perfectly fine, acceptable, and believable. 

DAO's characters rolling around on each other with stiff joints and renaissance underwear was just plain weird.

'Nuff said on that for now from me, I think.

I think it is a mture game so some nudity wouldnt hurt. As long as it doesnt become a porno. As for the romance scenes something like the original Mass Effect romance scenes would be great. I still remember the first time I romanced Liara. It had nudity but you never really saw anything that bad.  Or even like Liaras romance in ME3. I really liked those and hope Bioware looks at those scenes when making romances for DA3.

Honestly dont wanna actually see any kind of genitelia. But if it's done tastefully, akin to me1, then sure, but please no frontal, i dont want to see boobs or penises in my videogames.

Pretty much this. It just depends on the context. If they're going to be bathing together or pretty much any situation with water, the underwear needs to come off otherwise it's just silly. Given how the romance scenes actually seem to be getting tamer with each new Bioware game though, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I thought that scene with Triss merigold in the elven ruins was pretty good. it also had some humor in it as well.
