Im not sure if it "works just fine" for me.... Its kind of embarrassing if someone is in the same room or walks in on you., The Witchers scenes are so extreme, its almost like someone walking in on me watching porn. I don't really want that...

Just because the rating allows something doesn't mean we should do it, or that we're even interested. It has nothing to do with censorship, nothing to do with us thinking sex is "filthy", and nothing to do with us being afraid of the subject. So, what is it with people demanding the cut of OPTIONAL content? Dumb much?

I could care less about boobs, but c'mon, imagine how horrible Broodmothers would look if they covered up their nipples. That would just ruin their image for no good reason lol, and I'm glad Bioware didn't do that.

A Desire Demon however SHOULD cover her nipples, just a bit so its still sort of mysterious. Or atleast I think its supposed to be, like I said I don't care for boobs.

As for penis/vajay, uh, no. Not necessary. I have no problem with nudity and I think North America is a little too uptight about it, but if there is no real reason to have it in the game I don't think its necessary.

The reasons would be:
Its a wild/nonhuman thing, what use would they have for modesty? Broodmothers, Demons, Werewolves, etc.
Its a dead corpse/stripped body, why would they let Prisoners stay in their speedos?
Its a sex scene. Do what Mass Effect 3 did, tastefully the Underwear dance in Da:o was hilarious! xD

What are you talking about? The DAI you are talking about does not exist  Its not going to have a Witcher 2 style softcore sex scene. 

Your assumptions are false, i enjoy game romances. Would rather not have softcore porn.

I wouldn't actually give a crap, but since I have to play my games in a public space where my family could stroll through at any time, I'd rather it not be there.

Nudity does not necessarily equal mature. I just wanted to point that out as some people in this thread seem to be implying the opposite.

Take for example, the Witcher. The sex cards were both gratuitous and juvenile.

In a thread lasting 62 pages this has probably been said before but someone will probably have an available mod for nudity etc....within two months of the game coming out so I wouldn't worry about it for those who want.

And not having it innately in the games allows Bioware to sell it to a larger audience.

Suspect it'll be complicated. And any hacks would only apply to pc users, wouldn't help console users.
