I just need Cullen to be romanceable then I would pre-order the game the first day.

Amen to that!

I know right Rawgrim?! No one thinks about older romances....but people have actually suggested brood-mothers. I mean.....who would actually...want that..on them? Ew....that is an image I'll never be able to forget.

I know. What if the broodmother actually got pregnant. No fun bringing that gf over to meet your parents for dinner, or something like that. I mean...what you you tell your parents? She may be abit big, but she is really nice on the inside?

If they'll be in the game, I think Cassandra and Cullen as LI would make a lot of people happy.

Personally, I'd like to see a Female Elven Rogue, Dalish if possible to get another perspective and more info on their culture along with (hopefully) good company. :-)

Oh crap I didn't even think of that! That'd be the most awkward quest ever. You have to introduce your parents to......uh....we'll just call her Susan. I think this is how that'd go:

PC: Hey guys....I'd like you to meet Susan.
Parents: What...the....****?
PC: Yeah....I know right?! That rocking body!. And she has an amazing personality. She volunteers at animal shelters.
Parents: ........what.....the.....****?

I swear....if Bioware ever did this I'd lose all faith in mankind.

Would have to be a two part quest, really. First the sheer logistic of getting her massive bulk from A to B, and then...well...Make sure the parents made enough food?

Pft that made me laugh so hard lol. Maybe the first part of the dlc is traveling Ferelden....finding warriors that can help you carry her....to your house. Then you have to find and recruit cooks to help your parents prepare for....supper.

Alright man. We just made the first DA3 dlc. Congrats bro! And now the greatest challenge. What should we call it?

That...is genius. We need to submit this idea to Bioware ASAP so no one can steal our idea. After all...we worked SO hard on it. I mean who else could do what we just did with our vast levels of intellect? No one....that's who. Bioware should totally hire us lol.

I don't care who the romance options are so long as they are defined. By which I mean if they're gay/straight/bi/trans that's what they are. I get why it was done in DA2 but it just felt kind of schizophrenic that everybody was just all over the place romantically.

Don't get me wrong I think all of those aspects of the spectrum should be represented I just think it should be more of an aspect of who the character is rather than just some kind of push to please as broad an audience as possible. Also I think one of the things the Mass Effect series got right was the possibility of a romance with people outside of the main party. They can only have so many different characters in the main party, by allowing you to get close to people outside your group it could give you access to a broader range of people.

I think a character with depth should be a romanceable character in DA3. What we got in DA2 was disgraceful.

Cullen is at the top of my list! I'd also romance Cassandra in a heartbeat. And Flemeth - DAII Flemeth - was hot to me. If you're going to go after something different...

I'd love to have romance Varric! Also? A Kossith but, unless they've left the Qun, they don't really do love so...

A really nice strong elf character would be nice to romance as long as he's not as bitter as Fenris. I wonder if it's possible for a Fade spirit to love a mortal? I don't mean Justice, I mean a bona fide ghost. What if, every night when your PC went to sleep, there was this spirit there who talked to you and kept you safe from demons and the entire romance played out in dreams? The only problem I have with that is I don't want to do the Fade again.

A 1000x Yes! Image IPB I would keep run through the Fade from here till the end of time if I got to romance Justice!  Then again, I like the Fade. But really, I know I am know the only one who want to (very, very much so) romance Justice!Image IPB

BioWare has a chance to make a real statement on the issues that matter with the kinds of romances that could be in Dragon Age 3. This new game gives them an opportunity to be industry leaders and innovators by pushing the boundaries of emotional engagement and romance that's so much deeper than fanservice.

Where the emotional connection between a protagonist and a character goes far beyond that of a player and a collection of pixels. Where people are able to express their feelings for their beloved video game characters in the most tender of ways.

So make it happen, BioWare.

I would be overjoyed to see any of these characters as LI.
-Nathaniel Howe
-Tallis
-Varric
-The half elven mage from DA2 (although his name escapes me at the moment).
