 Hey dear bioware staff!

I was just recently playing some multiplayer (PC) and went to the store to buy Jumbo equipment pack (33k credits one)
I click the buy button and the store service starts the "wait, loading" thing. nothing happen for good 30sec and then I get "you've lost your connection to EA server"

So I get my connection back and ready to go back into the multiplayer and all of a sudden there's the info message from when I first ever touched MP once it was retail. I lost all the credits (1.735mil) I had gathered in hopes for next DLC etc. I lost all my available characters (all exept N7 soldier and sentinel which I haven't gotten anyways) and ofc all my weapons (almost all but few URs I hadn't gotten yet) and my N7 rating is back to 1 from 2100

Is this some sort of error on the EA or BW service and if so, how to fix it?

Hoping for swift reply. thank you for your time!

My origin went on and off for a while and informed that my local and cloud service files were not synchronized so I proceeded to load the last cloud save from yesterday and it would seem normal now. I can access my characters and weapons again listed in my manifest. Sorry for bothering. was bit too hasty on writing this post, but I got slightly freaked there (putting so much time and effort and it all to be gone like that)

Hopefuly there's something you could do to prevent something like this from happening in future? I wouldn't like going through that again and hope nobody else has to either :)

Ps. I also got the Jumbo pack on the faulty manifest once I logged back in to MP for the first time, but that also seem to got reseted in the MP for my real manifest, credits back and no consumables gained.

Edit: some typos (prolly more there I haven't noticed yet)

Flaws in network software leave it open to data corruption. See:

The store has lost my purchases as well, erased character settings, so on. Seen lots of horror stories about worse, like erasing a person's unlocked inventory.

This has happened to me before as well. Go to C:\\Windows\\Temp and delete all your temporary files, then re enter the game. They should all be back. I posted a thread about it if you need more detailed instructions, just look at my profile under Forums.
