And Firerax! Wasn't the big dragon in KOTOR named something similar??
Honestly, I don't know what KOTOR is!
Another character, for fun, more detail with this one! All of them are from the same world, planning on writing a book sometime.
Denze Silversong (Shael'un) - Denze was the only son to the drow legendary warrior Shael'un, only male to gain as must prestigue in drow society as the emperess. Denze's mother was the founder of the silver elves, a group of elves that left the drow society and lived good lives. As such, Denze's mother became an angel to the elven Godess, and the silver elves lost their dark hued skin, gaining a sparkling grey skin instead. The main city of the silver elves, Civerleaf, was destroyed by an unknown force, who the elves expected to be the gaurdian silver dragon of the underdark, Ciraxalatosis. Denze's mother had been assinated before the attack and could not warn them of the oncoming danger, and her spirit was what protected him as her lept through a wall of flame that prevented any from escaping. He went on a suicide hunt for Ciraxalatosis, not caring if he came back or not, but determined to slay the beast. The ancient dragon had protected the underdark from hordes. The battle between them was epic! The beast seemed to be toying with Denze, but soon enough got fed up of the fray. It lept back and breathed it silver breath, Denze attempted to dive to the side but couldn't make it out of the width, his side caught the flame, feeling like millions of swords cutting through his skin, stabbing and ripping at his flesh. The pain was unbearable, Denze was brought to his knees, bowing to the approaching dragon. She gloated over him "You mortals never learn" Denze gasped back at his prey, "Prideful as ever". With that he pulled all the strength he held, the prowess from his fathers blood, and diving straight at the dragon, he pierced it's shiny scales with his fathers sword, cutting straight into it's heart. The dragon keeled over, astonished in it's final moments that it was slayed by something so insignificant. Revelations clouded her mind, her faults and wrong doings, her righteous works throughout the years, realising why Denze had come to kill her. She whispered in her fading breath "Sisienta". A drow word that was never spoken by the race, "I am sorry". With that Denze fell over, collasping from no strength, submitting to oblivion. Time later, be it hours, days, or even weeks, he awoke. His side burned still from the dragons attack, but alive. He slowly made his way out of the cave systems and to the nearest town. From then on Denze became a dragon slayer, the only one to hunt dragons down single handedly.

Firerax wrote...
Firerax is a mythical red dragon of immense power. Eons ago he broke into the Heavens and learned of the God's secrets, power, and immortality, but he was cast out and left barely existing. Struggling since then to regain his power, he's devised ways of gaining what he once lost.
Emilly Rose, my character (and believe it or not I had that name before the movie!) is an Elf from the city of Laenchide, the last of the Elven cities that remained upon the world. Laenchide lies in the midst of the Lost Forest, a place so treacherous and dangerous that not even the most learned and determined can find their way through. Most never come back alive. The city was destroyed though, by Firerax, leaving barely a trace of the once beautiful place, and no survivors, except one, Emilly. The elves their never dabbled with magic, believing that power corrupts, but Emilly was born with the gift. This perhaps is what saved her life during the attack. It's probably also the cause of her green hair, which gave her a lot of grief from the other elves who all had fair hair.
I've got a few more characters if you'd like to know.
As many as your willing to share!!!

I also kinda created the Allycat, afaik, in '96, to use it on IRC channels. After my name, really, Leo (a lion is a cat right?) Alli. Some Allyson girls msg'ed me about how they liked it and started using it, registering it everywhere so I could not keep it in most cyber places but my email (one of them) is still allycat@something since 1996.
Heck, even my RageGT got copied in some places! Talk about "pladurism"!
Edit: Forgot my char names!
Rage - dog Bruno
ShadowRage - dog - Mithôr (grey friend in sindarin)
Ragedôr - dog - Thör
RageBow - dog - Arwën (it's a ****)
Nina - dog - Taurus

I picked it up at a summer camp I worked at, and at the dances everybody had water cups out, and people had to come up with creative ways to tell them apart. Then I saw a girl next to me write "ZAfizzle" on her cup, and I followed suit.
It was amusing, though, when I played L4D. People kept calling me "pigfizzle" or just "pig" and I thought it was silly.

-Religiously I am an celtic based wiccan. Ergo, I am not an "enlightened" church going individual.
-Scholastically speaking, everyone learns something new all the time. Which means I am and will always be "in the dark" about something.
Dragon = Dragons throughout various myths were viewed as wise. Now this is not stating I believe I am such. But, it is what I strive to become LOL.
Darkened Dragon = an ever-learning being that will one day become wise.
As to my character names. I tend to pull most of them out of midair LOL ... no real significance to them just make them up as I go.

The figure of Lilith represents one aspect of the Great Goddess. In ancient Babylon, she was worshipped as Lilitu, Ischtar or Lamaschtu. Jewish mythology already puts her into darker realms - an evil Demon of the night, a fitting mate for Satan, lying in wait for men, and killing children.
The Astronomical Lilith
The Moon travels along an elliptical path around the Earth. An ellipse has two focal points, and the other focal point, not occupied by the Earth has been called the Dark Moon, the Black Moon or Lilith. This is a slightly simplified definition, since, actually, the Moon and the Earth both move around their common centre of gravity, and the path of the Moon is not a neat ellipse, but a rather wobbly affair. One must distinguish between the mean orbit of the Moon, which is a slowly elongating ellipse, and the actual orbit, which vaccilates around the mean path, due to interference of various kinds. Just as there a "mean" and a "true" Lunar Node, so there is a "mean" and a "true" ellipse and a "mean" and a "true" Lilith. I write "true" in inverted commas, because the Moon's Node is only "true" about twice per month, when the Moon is actually on it, for the rest of the time, it is as "untrue" as the mean Node. In fact, when working with a point so close to the Earth, one should also take the great parallax into consideration, i.e. consider, from which point on the Earth one is actually looking at a point in the heavens. Astrology observes the planets geocentrically, as if from the Earth's centre, and not topocentrically, from the actual place of the observer.
/im/in/blackmoon_e.jpg
The Dark Moon has also been defined as the apogee of the Moon's orbit, or that point in the orbit farthest from the Earth. Both these points, the apogee and the second focal point, lie on the long axis of the orbital ellipse, the line of apsides. Seen from the Earth, they lie in the same direction, and therefore occupy the same place in the zodiac. The second focal point lies at a distance only about 36´000 km from the Earth, the apogee at about 400´000 km. Apart from this, both definitions can be regarded as being equivalent. Because the orbit of the Moon continually shifts forward in space, the Dark Moon moves along the zodiac at about 40° per year. A complete revolution takes 8 years and 10 months.
Lilith in the Chart
The glyph used for Lilith is a black Moon, as opposed to that used for the real Moon. Lilith is included in the chart drawing Type 2.AC, some other drawing types, such as 2.AT show Lilith in the table of planetary positions.
Interpreting Lilith
"During my years of astrological practice, I have come to use the Dark Moon in all my chart analyses, as a complement to interpretating the Moon. It would never occur to me to neglect this influence. The Dark Moon describes our relationship to the absolute, to sacrifice as such, and shows how we let go. In transit, the Dark Moon indicates some form of castration or frustration, frequently in the areas of desire, a powerlessness of the psyche, or a general inhibition. On the other hand, it shows where we question ourselves, our lives, our jobs, and our beliefs. I feel this is important, since it gives us the opportunity to "let go" of something. The Dark Moon shows where we can let the Whole flow into our selves, without putting an "I" in the way, without putting up a wall in the form of ego. At the same time, it doesn't indicate passivity - on the contrary - it symbolizes the firm will to be open and trusting, to let the Greater World flow through one, relying entirely on the great laws of the universe, on that which we name God. To prepare us for this opening, the Dark Moon creates a necessary void."
(Joëlle de Gravelaine in "Lilith und das Loslassen", Astrologie Heute Nr. 23)
I thought it very fitting for me.I write dark Love poetry and deal in bondage as well.
