Hello, excuse me if I do not write in the subject, but I have a question. My network code was banned by BioWare, and I would like to get it back again. Is it possible? I sult in support EA in their country and they told me that they can not help me and only BioWare can do something. Ban has been received for the use of game bugs, admit guilt and repent.

You might want to change your thread title - everyone who posts here has a 'problem'. Secondly I'd think that PMing a Bioware rep, such as Chris Priestly, would be far more effective than posting a thread.

PM-ing means sending a Private Message to a BioWare representative (in your case).

By the way, can you elaborate a little on why you've been banned? "Using game bugs" seems like rather silly reason for someone to get permanently banned. What exactly did you do, if I may ask?

ha! The most annoying and I did not do anything ... the only thing later responded and found one to play. :pinched:In Russian technical support told me that "the use of game bugs" ... but in fact I just got to cheat the game ... and I was given a lot of credit. That's it.

Do not give the address where it is necessary to write a letter? I just have a bunch of times applied to different places and still nothing.<_<
