Just wanted to thank you and Chris for letting us know that there won't be a DLC this or next week. Knowing it we won't hype us self up. Honestly though, you can't blame us. It's your fault for making so much awesome stuff all the time. We just want moar and moar of it XD

Again, thank you for letting us know there won't be any DLC these two weeks. I will start stalking these forums again in three weeks then

I was hoping for the big patch when reading "busy week", but now I think there will be no patch. I hope we'll at least get some balance changes.

I get it why you can't say when the DLC (if ever) will be released, but could you at least tell us something about it? Anything turian might help me to use real money for packs.

Yes... you would have notified us 3 to 4 days prior to its release which is why people post multiple daily threads asking about DLC (even when you subtract the daily threads Liarasshield makes!).  I posted this thread with the news from an alternate source to help prevent hopefully for a few days the rumormongering with no actual info and blatant wishlisting that has permeated this board for weeks.  Half the traffic on this board is generated by people asking the same questions over and over about upcoming DLC.   Either way, thanks for confirming the lack of DLC for the near future as hopefully the wheat to chaff ratio on this board will improve.

We're still friends, but it is hard for us to understand why the policy is only to announce once it's ready.  Unless the DLC is only in it's early stages, why can't you at least tell us that it's "coming soon", along with a hint as to what it will contain?  I imagine that if a DLC is in fact coming soon, it will contain certain things that you know won't change at this point.  So what is the harm in just leaking a little bit of info?  You don't have to give us a full announcement, but you don't have to be completely secretive either.  Thanks.

Good idea and done.   Now if only Liarashield would read this!     I'm just glad that there is an official confirmation from both sources.  Even with xbox's official press mouthpiece posting it, some people were still doubting it so I'm glad that the Bioware equivalent reconfirmed this.

Back in my day, the entire content of a game was included with the cartridge (that's right, games used to come in cartridge form). And there was no Internet! So, there was no way to get "DLC" because you can't download when there is no Internet. My point is that we should be happy when new content is available instead of upset/enraged when it isn't.

Well, people assumed it would show up next week since there was a post going around there would be new DLC in September.
Seeing that these updates are always on a tuesday, you can't blame people for thinking it would arrive on the last possible tuesday in september

I don't think any one is getting upset over it, they are just really looking forward to a DLC. Now with confirmation people know they can relax these two weeks and just sit tight

So er... any news on the missing Earth DLC mods? Are you guys repurposing the Bloodpack Punisher and Adas Rifle for Multiplayer?

 Oh! You'll respond to this but not the Hunter Mode visual issues that cause people eye strain and pain for the last 5 months.
