I know it's a bit early to ask but will Blood Dragon Armour be appearing in DA3?

For those who don't know.

Blood Dragon Armour first appeared in Origins as a DLC bonus for those who purchased the game new (It's also included in the Ultimate Edition)

BDA would then appear again in Mass Effect 2 as a free bonus for people who registered the Origin DLC code on the BSN.

BDA would then appear again in Dragon Age 2, again as a bonus for people who acquired it for the previous games.

It would appear in Mass Effect 3 as a shop item you can purchase also being the first time the armour being available without needing to have redeemed it on BSN.


So will the Dragon Armour be issued again in some form in DA3?  It is kind of nice having this appear from game to game keeping a running theme going.

There are few things I'd state as 100% but this would be one of them. It will be there.

They even appear in ME, so I don't see why not.

They should mix things up a little. All the free stuff or preorder/registration stuff has been heavy armor.

It's almost a tradition at this point for BDA to appear in a DA game.

I frankly don't see the appeal. It is basically a reskin of the dwarven massive armor from DA:O.

Though if it is for the purpose of keeping up the tradition, then I'm all for it.

It'd be nice to keep up the tradition. And a mage/rogue version would be cool for those who don't play as warriors especially as i doubt we're getting the option to equip it on companions back.

I vote for BDA in DA3.

Furthermore, I vote for BDA with ACTUAL DECENT STATS. Or make it upgradeable or something.

i loved bd armor one of my favourite sets in dao and da2 and m3

it should be in it as it is in mass effect 2 and 3 as well so I want it to be in dragon age 3 because it's the best armor

I'm pretty sure BDA will appear in every Bioware game to some degree, it's become a Bioware trademark.

I like this idea. Have the original set for warriors, a robe-like set for mages, and a ME-like one, made to look medieval, for rogues.

If they do include it I hope they include robe, leather and plate versions of it instead of just plate. There were so many cool armour sets in DA2 that I never got to use because they were plate only, I wasn't playing a warrior and I couldn't equip them on my companion. I'm also hoping there will be an N7 armour set  (cause N7 is awesome).

With Omni-Blade weapons. Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning had these as and it was my favorite armor/weapon set.
