UPDATED THE FIRST POST

The paragraph about New IP contained some additional info about ME4 - Casey oversees the project but he and his team are also working on the new IP. This is pure speculation but I think it means that Casey's Edmonton team will be mainly working on the new IP while some other team (probably in Montreal) will develop ME4 with Casey & other seasoned ME developers at Edmonton overseeing.

The intro will be Shepard's son is walking with his girlfriend then, ALL OF A SUDDEN, SPACE NINJAS pop out of nowhere, sending Shepard's son in a daze, he's thrown through some glass then shot in the face. The last thing he sees is his girlfriend being taken from him.
Then, as he wakes up, he looks down at his body, now synthesized like everyone else (maybe everyone else, but you can't really tell, hell there's rumors that the Reapers were destroyed or controlled, who the **** knows!?) then he looks at the screen and says, "I never asked for this."
The game then gives you a chainsaw gun thing and says, "Go **** **** up!"

i doubt it'll be ME4. maybe a side story that takes place within the ME universe like what was done with Halo before Halo 4 came around.

The new IP bit sounds interesting. Clearly going to be another high-end RPG using next-gen technology.

As for an ME4, don't count on anything other than a spinoff, possibly set a few centuries into the future in the game's timeline.

Easy, in regards to the endings "It's not even in any way like the traditional game endings, where you can say how many endings there are or whether you got ending A, B, or C ".

Good for DLC, as long as Mike and Billy keep bringing back the whole squad with new content.

They can keep their new games, though. I don't need any future stories from the people who thought it was a good idea to end the trilogy that way.

Yea,there is no point doing prequels in a mass effect game if you know what the end result is.
And after all mass effect games have choices,so it would basically be taking away the RPG experience.
And if they're going to do a sequel,then that can't happen with the endings we have because they have to account for alot of things like everybody being green.
So if there is going to be a sequel(let's face it,if the next game is a prequel it's taking away the mass effect experience)
Then there MUST be one definite ending.

Exciting, so there's going to be more single player DLC than From Ashes, Leviathan, and Omega.

While I'm surprised/happy to hear about a 4th ME in the works (in the near future I'm assuming), what sucks is there probably isn't going to be any more mention of it until at least E3 next year.
