i hate synthesis as an ending but i like number 3 as a starting point... and maybe the line would be "Take back your humanity"

It will be better if they reconcile with the fan base. If they conform/compromise with our desires. And if they put hard work and dedication into the story. All thats needed is a combination of ME1, ME2, and ME3. Listen to your fanbase. And ME4 should be/shall be the final game of the ME series and live in glory. Don't turn it into CoD (and now, Halo).

@Mass Perfection.  Well, the old man with the child, when asked for another story about "the Shepard", he said just one more.  Just another reason to continue the story, at least for a short period.  

You just made me think of the perfect intro for Mass effect 4.

And one of the reasons, after completing ME3, I was so sure they would continue Shepard's story.

*hits with a shovel* There's enough negativity on this board and DEV's don't want to interact with us based on comments like this. I'd like to see more DEV presence to impliment fan ideas and criticisms, not scare them away, let alone the brainchild of the series we all are addicted to. 

Anywho, 800 MSP's ready for this Fall and excited to see what Hudson and crew will craft next in the ME series.

I am playing devil's advocate here @eddieoctane, but maybe (just maybe) they want to get our feedback and listen to it prior to fully committing themselves to a certain vision? Ya know, while they still have time to tweak things to fit our expectations and desires....

l'm cynical as all hell in reality, but I also really, really want to play ME again!!

haha. my guess is that they already have plans are just being polite/covering their butt by making a formal request for ideas. "look at us! we listen to our fans!" <_<

IDK, i hope that they genuinely want to hear all the cool ideas that people are throwing out with the ultimate purpose of seriously considering them, but i have little hope after the way the ME3 ending fiasco turned out.

ME3 was supposed to be the end of the story. I can't see the point of adding more sp dlc that just extends the end of the story (overall series end) that doesn't effect or change anything within the game. It's filler at best.

As for a new game? Bollocks, let it die already, stop trying to resurrect it. You'll only have a third of the people who played ME3 even bother.

The next ME game should be Duke Nuke 'Em with Wrex instead of Duke. Have it take place in the years before the trilogy and have only passing references to the plot of the original story with one mission dealing with the whole Aria T'loak think.

In any case, I won't be purchasing any new Bioware products without positive fan reviews.
