If its going to be another RPG, i would REALLY like the ability to choose a race, and getting a custom story for each race/class/gender.

Also, FEMALE TURIAN / DRELL / ELCOR / VOLUS and INGAME quarians w/o masks. (but only if you pick quarian storyline, and during character creation.)

I'm curious: why does it bother you? 

It's not really treating 'h' as a vowel, but rather the letter being silent. In some places  - mainly parts of the UK, I think? - it's still common to keep the 'h' silent in words like "history" or "herb".

Also, BioWare is a Canadian company, so there's a high probability that Aaron Flynn is Canadian himself. This could explain the above, since they're both anglophonic and francophonic, and although I know little French, I at least know they have a silent 'h' too, like in the word "homme" - or, indeed, "homage"

Yes indeed. Aaryn Flynn did confirm that Omega will be the next Single Player DLC. We'll have more DLC info in the coming weeks. Aaryn also confirmed we are making a new IP (not ME related obviously) and a new Mass Effect game.

It is FAR too early to talk about what this game is or what it will be about. It was only really mentioned because we know that some people will assume that with Ray & Greg leaving BioWare we'll be closing and not making more games. This is, of course, not true. We have Dragon Age 3 Inquisition in the works, more single and multiplay DLC in teh works for ME3, a new game coming in teh Mass Effect franchise and a new IP. Lots of good stuff still to come and when we can fill you in with details, we will. Stay tuned.

Can you at least tell us what genre that new IP will be? I am still hoping for a Superhero game from Bioware.

And new ME game... sweet. That even made me more happy than DA 3.

Sounds great about the ship !

First, I thought that the character on the right was Kasumi, but the hood is clearly not the one that Kasumi is wearing during ME3 or ME2.

I also thought about a quarian character, but it seems the character here have a visible "face" instead of a helmet, the rest of the armor doesn't looks like to a quarian's armor and I don't know why a Quarian could be interested of retaking omega.

Or why not Aria, she's the principal character on this DLC.

Maybe i'm totaly wrong, there are two kind (I guess) of character who wear a hood, Quarians or Kasumi.
If it's not one of them, maybe we could meet a new character !

Hmm yeah my bad, I forgot The Dalatrass and Councilor Valern/Esheel.
But the character's picture doesn't remind me one of them.

hm if you look at the original above you see that the person has somekind of a face which would mean its not a quarian (i don`t think that bioware will introduce here a quarian who doesn`t wear a mask - yes i know of the two "official" pictures of quarians without masks but that are "only"picturers).

The nose seems to be really flat and brown...this would speak for a salarian even then the armor would be very untypically for a salarian (looks like a knight) - to heavy. The Armor would speak for a human...but the face is so strange.

The only link I remember between Omega and a Salarian is Mordin in ME2 (or a secondary quest but nevermind), but I doubt we'll see him again.

The thing which let me thought it was Kasumi is the red mark in the middle of the "face",
but maybe you're right with the salarian's face even if the armor disturbs me too much.

Maybe something like Dragon Age 2 where it's happening at the same time. I'd really like to be able to choose my race (Turian, Asari, Salarian, Etc.). I think it would be pretty interesting, it would be a shame to just throw away the Mass Effect series after how far they've come with it.

As for the Omega DLC; Aria's merc. side mission made it seem like it would come out sooner or later. I'm not surprised though I am excited. Aria is such a bad ass and she needs to play a bigger role. Does it ever tell you what happens to Patriarch though? I hope it does in the DLC at least.

well it's certianly not kasumi (who knows at quick glance it looked like a random character like at the citadel) why all of a sudden that picture is clearer?

This is a much clearer version than I've seen before of this, thanks for posting!

As for the character to the right, wasn't there a character way back before ME3 came out that was said to be in the game, but she wasn't? I can't recall her name. BlackJack? Something weird like that.
