This makes me very happy. Both the Omega dlc and the continuation of the ME franchise. really hoping for a sequel, with the destroy ending as canon.

I third this.

Any future Mass Effect should be a sequel set a few hundred years later, where the universe has been rebuilt to the extent that the ending choices no longer matter.

Yes, that's about the size of it. It'd give BW a clean slate, and a lot of creative flexibility. I, for one, am intrigued to see what they do with the ME universe. Everyone saying that "it'll deteriorate" or "get stale" can go back under their bridge.

If it's a prequel, I probably won't buy it. If it's simultaneous with the original trilogy, I might. If it's post-ME3... Bioware, just take my money already.

A new IP sounds very nice indeed. They have a fantasy IP and a sci-fi IP, so I'm guessing some sort of alternate-reality or present-day IP? Or post-apocalyptic perhaps. Something less dark? Hmmmmm... My guess is either a non-medieval style fantasy (i.e. Native American or African) or present-day setting, though. Hm, or cyberpunk. Or steampunk... okay I really have no idea.

Can't wait for Omega DLC and the future DLCs, both SP and MP.

I still can't get away from the Reapers in the galaxy map. How can I consider tomorrow when I can't stay free long enough to go down screaming today? :?

Aha...

And we all are going to have green glowing eyes?

Or this game will have a plot-twist that make us have a conventional (or no starkid) victory?

Ever thought of a prequel?

If the hidden purpose of all of the SP story DLC put together is to provide Shep with the resources to achieve a conventional victory - and really, there's no point in any SP DLC otherwise - then I very much hope that From Ashes, Leviathan, and Omega are not the majority of the planned SP DLC because I'd like to see at least seven SP story DLC before Shep can take it to the Reapers.

Once a conventional victory is possible then it becomes the canon ending and ME 4 can pick up from there. The Citadel forces have won their war for survival but at an extremely heavy price. In the midst of the rebuilding efforts, some previously unknown threat - awakened by the Reapers' use of formerly dormant relays - which is aware of the current weakened state of Citadel races' defences is moving to take advantage of this window of opportunity and conquer Citadel space.

I think I would enjoy an entirely new cast of characters, but at the same time would love for the originals to play the important NPC roles, giving us the information on post-Reaper galactic civilization, giving us orders, providing missions, etc.

That would get my money.

I agree it's fun to play again. Until you get to the ending. Seriously, I don't know how people can get immersed and NOT find that last 10-15 minutes totally emotionally draining. That's why I stop at the refuse speech.
