Any MP DLC that is released from now will be too little too late. With Borderlands 2, Assassins creed 3 and Halo 4, players will migrate away from ME3 MP. This last 6 months has been good though. I should imagine the strategy is to release MP DLC to entice players away from the above games, but that wont work. MP numbers will dramatically fall off in the next few months. I think that they would have been better releasing any MP DLC that they might be sitting on, last week as a last thank you to the community before the majarity disbands.

I doubt it will happen. The non-human protagonist would possibly be difficult for a lot of players to relate to.

Really?  Seems like the majority of people you see in the world have an attitude like Javik.  What's not to relate to?  haha

There's a difference.
If it was done like Star Wars, we'd get a game about kiddoshep and how s/he turned into the Commander we know now. (Or even a game coming right before ME1, where we play through our Shep's background)


Having a game about Protheans would always end in their destruction, no matter what you choose to do.

Lol. You know, I don't even care any more. The game is awesome. Always been and will always be. There's always been something to complain about and the story issues bother me more than the original gameplay issues in some ways, but...it's just so darn fun!

However, I will point out that there is an error in this blog post. Mass Effect was always, and I mean always, hyped as a trilogy...well, there you go. More inconsistancies. XD

I bought the original game because I was curious how a "choose your own adventure" could be sustained over three games.

Im not sure which calendar you use, but according to our earthling one, Fall hasn't officially started yet. Few more days of summer to go!

I really hope they don't make a ME FPS. That would be terrible. The game is supposed to be an epic 3rd person RPG. If they did that, this series would just go the way of Call of Duty.
